Do not go to this office unless you want to be overcharged! I shutter to think how many people did not even know because they didn’t double check their EOB! Before my special needs brother’s appointment, the receptionist/billing lady was beyond helpful. But They didn’t reconcile his account when the insurance company sent the doctor a check! Once I told them that he paid more than his responsibility on the explanation of benefits, I got the runaround for 2.5 months!! Got $200 back but it was like pulling teeth! They still owe him $100 but they keep changing the story on what this fee is for. It is ILLEGAL to overcharge beyond the patient’s responsibility on the EOB! You can file a complaint with the insurance co. She even told me she can’t control the mail and that I should call the post office! I know that. Disrespectful and ridiculous!

I had a marvelous experience with Dr. Patel a few weeks ago. I had to have an emergency root canal and was able to get same-day service. I was a nervous wreck, partly because I am difficult to numb and feared the pain. He was great - funny, kind, and was able to get me numb! Highly professional, no problems afterwards. I am so grateful for his help. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience. The front desk was welcoming and Dr Jayesh greeted me in advance of my appointment time. He made me relax with his sense of humor. During the procedure, he was informative at each step of the process. He kept reminding to let him know if I was uncomfortable or in pain while he was doing the procedure. This procedure was not fully covered by insurance and he took time to understand my responsibilities verses the insurance claim thereby avoiding any surprises. He followed up with me for a few days thereafter which assured me.

Received my first (and hopefully last) root canal from Dr. Patel yesterday. I found both him and his entire staff to be very professional and very focused on making the experience as painless as possible. Dr. Patel took the time to explain the procedure, restrictions over the next few days and what to expect in discomfort which thankfully was minimal. He even reached out by phone later in the day to see how things were going. I was originally referred to Dr. Patel by my primary dentist. I specifically asked for one of the best in the area. She was spot on in referring me to this practice. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. I hope I never need another root canal but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate returning in the future! Thanks again!!

They got me in quick and fixed the pain I was having, even went as far as giving me a call a couple hours after my visit to ensure everything went well. I would recommend!

Dr. Patel is simply wonderful! I cannot say enough about his skill and expertise, along with his incredibly friendly and welcoming demeanor. I have heard horror stories of root canals, yet I just underwent the procedure with him and had zero pain, both during and after the procedure. I was referred to Dr. Patel, for a root canal, by my dentist. I've had a very bad experience in the past with dental surgery (not Dr. Patel), so I was not looking forward to what I've heard to be the most painful procedure as a patient. I got through the first half, shaking and white knuckled, but surprisingly with little pain. Dr. Patel's assistants were very comforting. I followed Dr. Patel's instructions for eating for the next two weeks, protecting the fragile seal on my tooth. When I returned for the second half, I was still a bit white knuckled, but more hopeful and confident Dr. Patel wanted to make this as pain free for me as possible. All went swimmingly. That evening I received a call from Dr. Patel, checking up on my recovery. I was not doing well. My pain level was very much worse than for the first half of the procedure, and I could barely open my mouth. Dr. Patel called in a prescription to my Pharmacy I was able to retrieve that night. Within an hour or so I was feeling so much better. If ever I need another dental surgery, I will certainly hope Dr. Patel is available. Dr. Jayesh Patel is an extremely caring professional who is an expert at what he does. He answered our first call after-hours and got us in ASAP. Dr. Patel provided excellent care and then followed up with a personal phone call after each visit to make sure everything went smoothly. Outstanding office, very precise, on time, accommodating, and personal, I had to get 2 emergency root canals and they got me in quickly and easily. Dr Patel even followed up with a personal call after hours phone call to see how i was doing !!! Amazing..

I went to Dr. Patel directly from my dentist’s office on a Friday morning and was told I needed an old root canal redone. I was in a great deal of pain. I followed all his instructions carefully and took the OTC pain-relievers and antibiotics exactly as directed. The pain was much more intense the next day. I was clear this was abnormal. When I called him on Saturday, he put me on prednisone. Still in pain, he did not return my calls Sunday. My original dentist met me at her office that Sunday to numb me for a few hours relief. Sent to another endodontist the next day who called Dr. Patel because he didn’t like “politics”. Dr. Patel got on the phone to once more insist this was normal but also said he would refund money to me. That hasn’t occurred. My second endodontist has been opening up and tooth and letting it drain while I stayed in pain and numbing me. Oral surgeon just diagnosed / removed the cracked tooth. 68 days horrible pain, lost PTO, $$$$. Listen to patients

Had an awful experience here. I was referred by my general dentist. I arrived for my appointment and Dr. Patel was fine - not overly friendly or kind. You can tell he uses the same corny jokes over and over again because they come off contrived and insincere. My root canal was painful and I had to hold back tears. It was like an electric shock through my body. The first day after the root canal felt okay, but after each passing day, the pain was becoming unbearable. Unfortunately, it was over a long holiday weekend so I just took ibuprofen nonstop until I could get a hold of his office. I waited in agony until Monday morning. Their website and answering machine say they open at 8:30 AM, and so I called promptly at 8:30. Nobody answered and there was no option to leave a voicemail so I continued calling (at this point I'm crying at home from the pain)...that's when his front desk staff picked up the phone and hung up. I thought it was a fluke at first, so I called again - and once again, someone picked up the phone and hung up on me (I could background noise of people in the office). This "game" of me calling and them answering and hanging up continued for 5 more times. Finally his receptionist picked up the phone and didn't hang up - instead, she answered and said "we don't open until 9“. I asked her why she was picking up the phone and hanging up repeatedly, and she got defensive and then repeated that they open at 9. I told her I was in excruciating pain and that I needed to be seen and the website said they open at 8:30. She told me to come in at 10:30 and then hung up on me. After that experience, combined with my less than pleasant root canal, I couldn't in good conscience return. I understand Dr. Patel is well regarded, but your front office staff is a reflection of you and your practice, and I was absolutely appalled by my treatment. I ended up paying $1700 out of pocket for a different endodontist because I was so uncomfortable returning to Dr. Patel...that tells you all you need to know about my experience. I will give their office 2 stars. Everytime you go for consultation he charge $100. I came for my root canal appointment, he inject the anesth and after waiting for almost an hour, he was busy that day, he came and review the xray and told me that he won’t be able to salvage the tooth anymore. Dr. Patel is an incredible endodontist with a great bedside manner. A root canal can be a very stressful situation, especially when one is already in extreme pain. Dr. Patel quickly diagnosed, quoted the cost and performed the procedure with hardly any discomfort. I highly recommend, Dr. Patel. Came here from a referral from my dentist and was able to begin treatment the same day. He throughly explained the situation going on inside my mouth and made a courtesy call that evening to check that everything thing was feeling fine. His jokes were corny but effective at relieving my fears and his office staff really seems to try and take care of their patients in regards to the pandemic. The receptionist was nice and a breath of fresh air. I needed a root canal, so my dentist referred me to Dr Patel. He did an outstanding job. He walked me thru the surgery. While operating on my tooth, he gave a very detail explanation on every step of the surgery. After the surgery, he did a follow up call to make sure my tooth was okay. When I went back to my dentist, she was very impressed with the work that Dr Patel done on my tooth. I can't say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend him. My husband went here for his root canal. He was a referral and I am so glad my husband, Vincent Allin went to get his root canal done with Dr. Patel Jayesh! He did an amazing job, called when he said he would after a few hours of the root canal surgery, etc. My husband had zero pain afterwords and he really new what he was doing. This review is not for the doctor. I wanted to write this review based on my experience at the front desk. My wife and I stopped by here for a consultation with a referral from our dentists. Our experience here was great except for the young lady at the front desk. When I mentioned to her my insurance covers for diagnosis visit she started giving me a lecture on diagnosis, evaluation and consultation with so much attitude and treated me as an inconvenience for questioning her before making the payment for the visit. She flatly said my insurance did not cover for a consultation visit with a specialist. Even though I disagreed with her my wife made the payment for the visit and left. After getting in the car, I called our insurance company to verify whether we were covered for this visit under our policy by providing the procedure code D0140 as shown on the receipt. After confirming with the insurance agent that we are covered under the policy, I called the doctor's office back to mention this. She did not own up to her mistake for telling us that we weren't covered under insurance but rather she was disrespectful and didn't want to listen. She asked the doctor to talk to us. Anyway, the end result is that the doctor's office will file the claim to insurance company and we get reimbursed. Dr. Patel and staff are absolutely amazing! I had to come in for a root canal and I am so afraid of the dentist. He numbed the jaw so I didn’t feel anything and finished each service so quickly! He is such a nice and funny guy. I am both grateful and sad that I do not need to return again. I highly recommend him!

His office staff and their immediate response to my call was a great indicator of what this whole experience would be like. I had so much pain one day that i called Dr. Patel's office and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Patel made me feel so comfortable, explained in detail what was going on and what i needed to do in order to solve my pain. He started treatment the same day i called in to get me out of pain. I knew i was in good care and his chairside manners were superior and professional. I really felt at ease throughout the whole appointment and i know no one likes to get a root canal and dreads the idea of it, but Dr. Patel made it seem so effortless and absolutely painless. He made root canal twice to just one tooth and it still hurts me after a year. He basically confirmed that he made a mistake and that now I have to do a dental implant.

If you're like me and have some apprehension with seeing a dentist, then I would strongly recommend Dr. Patel for your root canal procedure. Dr. Patel's diagnosis was accurate and precise. His work was outstanding. Providing his personal cell phone number is a great touch too.

Dr Patel was quick and efficient. The staff is also very pleasant. My root canal took 30min from walking in the door to walking out. Dr Patel even called me later that evening to check in on me. Great service!
