My son with special needs was having tooth pain and this was the closest dental office to us, and the first place I called. Even though our family had never been to the office before, we were scheduled as soon as possible. The waiting room and exam rooms are super clean. I was very impressed with the entire staff, from reception to dental assistant, to Dr. Patel. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. My son was referred to another office for a procedure, but our family plans to return for routine dental exams and cleanings in the future. Very nice,caring & thoughfull

Dr. Patel and his staff have always been professional. I think he goes above and beyond, helped my dad when he became home bound, by going to his bedside to help make a mouth piece more comfortable. Couldn't be nicer. Their office is well run and efficient. You get taken in at the time of your appointment, no wasting time waiting. Love it. Dr. Patel and his staff have always been professional. I have known dr. Patel and his office for 14 yrs. My last experience, july 2019, was disrespectful to me. I was 17 minutes late, which i was truly unaware of, and was treated like i was a criminal. The girls and dr. Patel were very upset. The new hygienist took me in but gave me a quick cleaning and dr. Patel just about looked at me. I look at him now in a very greedy way. I will not go back and have made a new appt with someone else in jim thorpe. I think he has one too many offices to deal with.Money is the root of all evil. Go back to the way you were dr. Hes s good dentist

Great staff! Very friendly people who care and take a legitimate interest in their customers. Clean office and very organized. Dr. Patel is a great doctor.

The best! Dr. Patel is super gentle. 2 root canals so far & didnt feel a thing.
