De doesn't deserve any star. His staff is rude, he is rude. This man treated my husband after spinal surgery, haven't seen him back injections that not only didn't work but gave him more than the recommended dosage, then tried to double bill us! Gave him morphine batches as well as two opioid prescriptions. By the time we got him into another doctor it was too late. He died of multiple organ failure from the drugs. He is the most intelligent and personable doctor I’ve ever had. Today we discussed surgery options for the near future, at their location in Dallas.

Doctor Patel did a wonderful job installing a stimwave device in both legs. It has relieved 85% of my pain. He gave me a new lease on life. I can't thank him enough. Debbie Williamson

I went with Dr. Patel because years ago when he was in practice with Dr. martucchi. He was assigned as my doctor and he did tests and was really helpful. Then one day he was just gone. I ran into a lady in Joplin and she told me he was in practice on his own. I was so excited. I looked him up and found out sure enough he was, i made a huge mistake and left Dr. Martucchi and went to Dr. patel. The first vist he was so kind. He said i needed to see him because my other doctor was so bad and thats why he left. Ok so I moved and changed to doctor patel. Like i said first visit was great, after that i seen him 4 times One for him to push a pot card on me and was really upset when i said i dont want to do pot. Next visit i have to do pot. I was hurti g so bad and he would do injections but he had me paying extra if i wanted to be sedated. And he was charging me and my insurance. If i wouldnt pay exta no sedation. I contacted my insurance and that money was refunded. The next thing i was rescheduled for and ablation bit thats not what was done and even know i requested sedation i never got it. So all i can say is i went back to this man thinking he was a goodnperson.look under oklahoma distrect court records and see about this law suit. Its not good. my wife went through all kinds of things getting all of my records to them. the doc records the MRI the xrays and all of this was for a Consultation to see if we wanted to go to him OR NOT. Waited a month and a half to see him the day before my opponent I get a phone call saying I have an opponent with doc satyendra arya at a different location than what we had talk about and told me before.So the day of my opponent I call over 6 times trying to get ahold of someone but never could to find out what was going on. So we Decided to go ahead and go and when we got there the receptionist did not have a clue of what was going on my wife ask her about dr patel she said that we made an appointment with this other doc. then my wife ask her what this opp was for the receptionist said it was a follow up visit my wife said we had never seen him before and she said IS THIS YOUR FIRST VISIT O my goodness then they said before you see can see the doc you have to give a pee sample JUST FOR A CONSULTATION THE FIRST TIME I DONT THANK SO. So he wasted my time and my wife took off of work to meet him cause there was several other things also. one of the other things is I dont know how many times I had call trying to talk to someone from setting up my opponent to finding out what is going on. One time I call and hit the number one button for the Doctors only it even told them to leave a message I could not believe that. So all I can say is I would not even take my dog to them if they cant do any better than that. My mother went here for years and had a new extremely serious problem that was going to need another operation(her 6th,removing her rods,screws,pins and spinal cage). The Dr. prescribed 10mg oxycontin and not one pharmacy in the city of Tulsa would fill it(and no she was not over the new Fed limit) a month later we told him what happened and he wrote the exact same script again, of course it was not filled again and the next month he did the same thing for the third time. Even though she was in very bad shape he would not even raise her prescription from 10mg instant release oxycodone to 15mg . He said that's there policy even though I talked to people with far less problems being prescribed much more. Yes it's a nice place and they are friendly, just hope you don't get Dr.Chan if you go there, the guy tries to get in and out in under 2 minutes, very little compassion or empathy. Good in the beginning, I was self pay and was keeping up with each visit! But when I told him I had applied for medical help he dismisses from the clinic! I didn’t get excepted so I tried to get back in on self pay. I was ignored for over a month and a half. They finally told me they were not doing anymore self pay! I finally got my private insurance a couple weeks later. I tried to get another appointment with him again and was told they didn’t contract with my insurance company! That was like a slap in the face, especially when my insurance company is a major one not a little subsidized insurance company! I had been with them for at least 6 month, waiting on getting a scan done that I needed before I could get my back surgery! They did nothing but treat me like a druggy after 1st apt, constantly making take a UA every time I walked into the office! Maybe you think there are still honest people out there in the world that just want pain control, so they can get life back! We have families too!! He himself started off great, compassionate about my pain I just don’t think he understood the whole picture with my case! Everything I was going through with surgeon, insurance, work, and family. This is a really good doctor his team is very knowledgeable and have really helped me out.

Dr. Patel, put and implant in me and my quality of life has majorly improved and I am thankful I can walk and get around easily most days some of the restrictions I have is NCAAW I don't want to hurt myself (I would say there me being very careful not to experience pain again like I had before implant as well as wires not being damaged) overall as long as I don't over do it I do GREAT???? I have restrictions but know I have came along way com when I 1st meet Dr. Patel and his Staff. I am Grateful and so is my Husband and Son that I can get out more than I use to!!!! DR. Patel and STAFF ROCK 100% THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!! God Bless You Always??????

His practice is a money grab & does not care about the patient. There was an issue with my insurance paying for a procedure. Dr. Patel told me that it was my fault that he couldn't pay his staff. He tried to get me to sue insurance & my employer, rather than actually try to fix the issue, after assuring me for months that his staff were working on the issue. I found out they weren't, & the entire issue was because his staff filed paperwork incorrect. Terrible person, terrible practice.

The change in doctors had slowed everything down. i e. wait time, confushion in scheduling, time wait room however last 2 visits seem to be back on trak. the waut ti e for appt today was over 45min. wait ti e for med refill not yet experienced. usually h.
