Dr. Jayasimha N Murthy

for 4 years I had seen this doctor. He did CT and Test. I went to my PCP for a regular check up and I was sent for a routine test and I was immediatly sent to MD ANderson for Lung Cancer. I had stage 11b it had been there for years. I lost my right top lung to cancer.

This guy is clown shoes.

Dr. Murthy minimized my pain when I sought treatment for asthma and was incredibly dismissive. He told me that I should not have bothered coming to him for treatment and told me to get my head examined.

Dr. Murthy was incredibly dismissive and rude when I sought treatment for asthma. He made the false claim that I was making my symptoms up, symptoms which were validated and ultimately treated by other more courteous and responsible providers.

WHAT an awesome doctor and what a caring staff! I am wowed! Dr. Murthy got control of my symptoms with the right medicine for me after the very first visit. He listened, was validating, and I highly recommend him. The staff is happy to work there and is amazingly comforting.

Excellent pulmonary sleep specialist. I was impressed that he took the time to listen to me prior to doing a complete exam. I would also recommend using APRIA if you need any type of DME, oxygen, CPAP machine etc.

Dr Murthy was very good with me. He told me how bad my symptoms were and that I would have to use a CPAP to sleep and what not to do before going to bed. I would recommend him to anyone who has a sleep problem. AB in Danbury, Texas

Not compassionate or helpful. I went to Dr. Murthy as directed by my OB since there was a concern with my breathing. I am 25 weeks pregnant (high risk due to Lupus) and understand pregnancy does cause shortness of breath. Dr. Murthy only mocked my symptoms and gave me retroactive advice for dealing with shortness of breath during pregnancy: “I advise all my patients who plan on having a baby to be fit enough to run a marathon before running pregnant.” Not much I can do with that. Waste of time.

Dr. Murthy is wonderful. He took his time and explained everything to me. He was so pleasant and professional. I was very nervous about my test results. He made me feel at ease. I would recommend him to everyone. The office staff are great as well. I give him 2 thumbs up and 5 gold stars. Thank you Dr. Murthy.
