Didn’t spend much time with me as a patient, didn’t seem to have any empathy over how difficult skin condition is. Told me to see a psychologist and didn’t offer any dermatological solutions or care instructions.

Raleigh office is fancier than Cary office. Must schedule skin exam far in advance, she has few slots for those appointments. Wait times can vary - sometimes seen on-time, other time you wait both in waiting room and then in exam room. My concern is that the exam seemed rushed, all over in 5 minutes or less. She completely missed the rash in my left underarm.

Really understanding about late patients due to incorrect address in Google. Make sure you use the 155 parkway office dr (suite 204) address!!!

Very little confidence in assessment. No follow through. Rushed out of the office. Cannot send email to confirm or clarify my understanding.

Very thorough annual skin check. Excellent explanation for long term fire ant bites that are not healing along with more heavy duty treatment than OTC meds.
