My children and I have been going to Dr.Schlossberg and Associates office since 2007. The staff is professional. The move from our last building was a little of a downgrade but, the DOCTORS AND STAFF ARE TOP NOTCH when it comes to us (individuals) as their patients! GREAT CARE FOR ALL! Respect and Privacy. This man is trying to get everyone on the Southside addicted to some form of opioids. He is nothing more than a drug dealer in our community. Schlossberg's office prescribes more "Lean" than the streets.

Had a 10:00am appointment,but did not get call to see the Doctor until after 12:00.The staff was very unprofessional. I will definitely find my a new Primary Care Physician.

As of the last time I've been there, this place has definitely gone down hill. As a child I loved visits to schlossberg. But when I was an adult and I had a billing problem, he showed another side I hadn't seen before. I was billed incorrectly, his office staff admitted it, his billing company admitted it. The billing company even said, "If everyone only paid what they really owed, America would go broke." I was beyond frustrated. Contacting the BBB was my last option. After I did, I received the correct bill, no calls, no complaints . I was ecstatic. A few weeks later, I went to the office for a visit and I was told by the receptionist that I had been discharged due to conflict of interest. Schlossberg was standing in the hallway behind her, not even looking my direction. Without warning and due to no fault of my own, I was out of a PCP. My appointment was at 10 but I've been here since 9 because I knew I had to fill out paperwork since I'm a new patient. The M.A. openly said that she didn't know how to use any other needle besides a butterfly... I've been in a room since 10 and no one has peeked in on me or gave me a heads up as to how much longer i will be here...its now 1120.... smh... I will not refer ANYONE here.
