The doctor and staff made me feel unwelcomed. The doctor was impersonal showing little interest or involvement. The staff were similar and I left feeling that I got the minimum required. I was planning on getting prescription sun glasses and a spare prescription reading glasses but due to this offices poor personal interactions I’ll go elsewhere. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Old mean man with stinky breath, thought my son was a girl and kept referring to him as “she.”

I went to this doctor for 4 years. Each year my prescription changed that I needed new glasses. For the last 2 years my eyesite has progressively gotten worse. When I asked Dr Rosenfeld, he said that my answers when he changes the lenses were wrong. He said this for 2 years, so I finally was getting worried about my vision and went to another eye doctor. She had much better machines (more update) and found thru one of them, a picture of the back of my eye, that I have macular degeneration. So I have set up an appointment with an Opthomologist to be checked further. Dr Rosenfeld, just slammed his chair when I was finished with the test he gave, and I feel he needs to be more proactive and maybe update the old machine he uses to get better results for his patients. This guy fix my glasses for free even though I’ve been to two other optical stores and they said it couldn’t be done I highly recommend this guy he’s professional and knows what he’s doing

Good eye doctor. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly associates. Could use bigger selection of affordable glasses.

I believe to be one of the better eye doctors around. Everyone there polite and very helpful. Office very clean. It was an enjoyable experience. Though I may be wrong but a little pricey.

Since I moved to Florida I tried all the box store eye places, all with just bad results. My prescription was never right. Dr. Rosenfeld is a doctor with years of experience. Now I have glasses that I can actually use. Staff is also great.

Extremely unprofessional and greedy. I went for an eye exam only. Also, asked them to measure my pupil distance, the doctor said we don't do it. It is done outside while you are purchasing a frame.  when I arrived at their retail counter to look for frames, I told the salesman to check for my pupil distance he said the doctor needs to do it. Note : The doctor also owns the optical shop. After asking twice, the doctor heard was standing in the shop and said to measure the pupil distance. A licensed person needs to measure a pupil distance and not a salesman. If the pupil distance is wrong, it will affect the vision. I am not even sure if the pupil distance is correct and they did not even write it in the prescription. Strange.. Good way of harassing a brown person. This means you purchase eyeglasses and then only we will measure your correct pupil distance. Be aware of such greedy persons. very rude and unprofessional behavior. I'd leave 0 stars if I could honestly. Poor business practices and like to steal your money. Very rude and unprofessional to top it all off. I'm almost positive I saw employees littering in the parking lot also.

This was my first visit to Dr. Rosenfeld as I had to change eye doctors. I am very pleased with my choice. Doctor and staff are friendly and office very nice and clean. I received a very thorough exam so I couldn't have asked for more. Will be using Dr. Rosenfeld from now on. Highly recommend.

Due to insurance I haven’t seen Dr. Rosenfeld for 10 years. So when I had my exam a couples days ago I realized how much I’ve missed. The thoroughness and professionalism is obvious. Everyone was absolutely attentive and welcoming! With any luck my insurance will keep him on my plan. Thanks everyone!

I have not had my eyes checked in over 20 years. Dr. Rosenfeld was efficient and explained every step of the exam. Paul, who managed the process of picking out frames and writing up the lens information was very helpful. Jean at front office was also very efficient and helpful. Their steps to protect customers during Covid-19 were excellent. Door was locked after each customer arrived to avoid walk-ins. Only two customers in the office at any given time. Very professional! Dr. Rosenfeld has been my doctor for a very long time. Being eye sensitive, his exams are great and I have no problem. I also have been getting my glasses there for a very long time. Takes me a long time to pick glasses, Their patience and time time spent with me is very much appreciated. Great experience. Dr Rosenfield was friendly, prompt and professional. I highly recommend him to all. The office staff were also highly rated. I also commend them on the indoor aesthetics of the business; the modern feel speaks volumes of how they value the customer experience.

Poor customer service. I had an appointment for my boys this morning, and fortunately was unable to make the appointment. I have a cold and my boys are still sleeping (I work from home and they homeschool, so it's permissible for me to allow them to sleep in). When I called to let the office know that we were unable to make it, the lady on the phone was extremely rude. And basically refused to reschedule us because we missed our appt time. She was extremely difficult. I'm only giving two stars, because I really know nothing about the dr, except that he hired this rude lady. And now I'll never know, because I have no interest in going to an office where she works. And yes, I sure did let her know how I felt before hanging up the phone. Poor customer service. Very bright and cheerful space. The ladies up front are knowledgeable and fun to talk to and Dr. Rosenfeld goes into great detail when talking about the results of your exam. I'd recommend his practice to my friends.

I had to change eye doctors due to a change in insurance. Dr Rosenfeld was competent enough but charged for several things that were not covered by insurance (he is in network) without asking for permission or authorization. Also his prices for contacts were significantly higher than I’ve found from other places. The staff is friendly and had all the answers I needed in one trip. The staff works as a team well here. Great caring doctor. My grandmother goes here and refered me. There I already knew it was a great place. She never refers anyone! Meeting the great staff confirmed it. Dr. Rosenfeld is honest and caring and tried to save you money where he can. Paul is also very great he took care of my husband. We were scheduled promptly, got a confirmation call & text & were seen promptly. Dr. Rosenfeld was great... patient with my kids & did a thorough job. They worked with my insurance to find frames that were covered by my plan. Would recommend him.

I was a little apprehensive going to Dr Rosenfield, because I have had the same eye doctor for 20 years. I moved to Safety Harbor last year and needed to find new doctors. Dr.R was a wonderful choice. He was very thorough with his exam and explained everything he was doing. I have no review on the Doctor, but I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient in regards to blurriness I was having from the recent eclipse. The receptionist was the rudest person I've ever spoke to in my life. Immediately she started talking with great disrespect and not a drop of professionalism. She said I was going to need surgery and my problem would be permanent. Those were her exact words. When did the receptionist become the doctor. She definitely should not be communicating with customers at all. We all have bad days, I'm hoping this is the case, because I wish the best. 3 weeks after my glasses were ready, I called to find out the status of my glasses. I was told that I was sent a text to my phone 3 weeks ago. My phone died and I had to get a new one. Any messages I had were lost. There is nobody at this place that is professional enough to follow up and actually make a telephone call to inform a customer that their badly needed glasses are ready after 3 weeks on the shelf. I am surprised that no one said "Is no my job."

Rushed through the exam, tried to convince me to do an additional unnecessary exam not knowing that I work in medical field and have knowledge about it. When i refused this exam, he got angry but tried to cover it up. Never going back.

Dr. there is distant and aloof, like he burned out 20 years ago. On remote control and seems put out by his patients. Staff is good, though, the guy that fits glasses will try and smooze you into lining his pocket through upselling.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Rosenfeld for over 6 years and are extremely pleased with him and his staff. He is very efficient and friendly and goes out of his way to provide great service. Also, he provides free six month check ups to ensure you are doing ok. I highly reccommend him!
