Dr. Jay Robinson is a gem. He listens well, responds with useful information and provides it in a friendly, compassionate manner.

Dr. Robinson and the staff were amazing! Dr. Robinson took the time to listen to everything I said or asked, wasn’t in a “rushed” mood, made us feel very comfortable and he is very laid back and very honest. My husband is going to switch from his neurologist!

The office girls where you check in are very nice. Dr. Robinson took his time to answer all my questions. Even when I asked him twice since my memory isn't the best. His nurse was very nice. I felt like I wasn't being rushed thu the visit like you do with some doctors. I would recommend him.

Went to see Dr Robinson after having nerve damage from a nerve block before my total knee replacement. Dr pulled out a toothpick out of his wallet and started poking me and scratching my leg with it, which seemed very weird to me. Was trying to blame my job that I have worked at for seven years for my leg issue. Although the issue started after my surgery. All he wanted to do was put me back on gabapentin for the pain. Continues to be a brilliant, caring, engaging doctor that gets the full story before prognosis or medication. Still favorite doctor that keeps me migraine free. Funny too.

I have never had a doctor call me Dr Robinson cares about you and try’s very hard to get to the bottom of your Health problem have never had such wonderful care .

Jay is one of the best neurologist that I have met. I have been a patient of Jay's for 30 plus yrs.

Dr. Robinson always takes the time to listen, and explain what treatment might be best suited for me. I never feel like he's in a hurry. If I should happen to call his office with a concern, he's usually the one that returns my call! Now, granted, it may take awhile, but he does return them! I had been a patient of his years ago, but left for awhile. I returned to find him in a new office, much further away from me, but refreshingly, he has still kept his "small office" charm!

Thorough, professional, straight forward, kind, understanding. He took time to listen to me and explain test results and recommendations. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. His office is not in my area, but he is worth the drive. I have not been to his new office yet so I can't answer some of these questions.

One of the main reasons is he listens to what I say. I don't feel I need to run in and run out of the office. I think he cares about his patients more than getting people in and out for the money. And he has given me options for my problems that we are working on.

Dr Robinson is the most caring and understanding. He does listen to you and he does hear you..I am also impressed because he himself calls you. His nurse Teresa is great also..Not many Doctors are personable and has a bedside manner for people period, but he does..
