He is a great doctor. He sees you when you’re ill. He does his very best to help you. Everybody is so great #DATA staff him I give him 100. - I’ve been going to him for over 20 years. He is a great doctor when you’re ill and he has no room for you. He will see you the staff is great. The guy is such a good doctor I recommend him to anybody he gives out 110%.

Dr. Rechtweg was very good. I was taken in early and he was efficient during the appointment. Didn’t talk over me like some doctors do. Seemed focused on his hypotheses regarding possible diagnoses based on my symptoms, but clearly explained his treatment plan and expectation for me regarding follow up. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment, after my sleep test is done and the results are in.

Dr. Rechtweg was the first Dr. in a long time for me with an excellent “ bed side manner”. He made you feel comfortable while clearly explaining the diagnosis and any future steps , if any to go forward with. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend others if an ENT Dr. is their need.

Dr. Rechtweg was instrumental in my diagnosis in October of 2021 for a cranial CSF leak. He referred me to a top surgeon at Mt. Sinai I’m Manhattan who did my brain surgery. I am continuing to see Dr. Rechtweg for follow up care and other ENT concerns. I am very confident in his diagnostic abilities and he has excellent bed side manner.

I saw Dr Retchweg on April 7, 2022 because I had ringing in my ear. He did a hearing exam and looked in my ear canal and said I had tinnitus die to mild hearing loss attributable to an aging ear. He said I would have to learn to live with it. I then saw my primary doctor 3 weeks later for a second opinion and he looked in my ear canal and said I had fluid in my middle ear that was causing the ringing and gave me medication and the ringing went away. I spent 3 weeks unnecessarily dealing with this condition.

Terrible bedside manner. Very arrogant. Did not listen to what I had to say about my ear Insisted that I had an age related hearing loss and that it had nothing to do with my ear infection. I know how I well I heard before and how I hear now. Did not listen to what I had to say. When I told him I thought I still had fluid on j my ear he shoved a tachometer into my ear hurting me and when it didn’t register did it again and said nope no fluid. He insisted that I had a age related hearing loss, as many times that I told him I heard better before the ear infection. He never listened when I told him I had popping in my ear, numbness and most of all pain still in the ear, months later. Screamed at me on the phone when he called me to give me the results of a CAT scan of my sinuses, that I didn’t really need. He said I complained of sinus problems when I never did. I only complained of a nasal drip. He again yelled at me that I had an age related hearing loss and refused to listen when I said my hearing was much worse then before the ear infection and I yelled at him almost in tears that my ear still hurts. He then referred me to a different dr. I was the worst experience never had with a dr in my 64 years.

I've been to this office a couple of times now and I have had a good experience overall both times. Dr. Rechtweg is very pleasant and easy going and makes me feel comforable. The audiologists do a thorough hearing test.

My first time going here I wasn’t to fond of the doctor and said I wouldn’t go back however my wife said to try it again and this doctor is the best!!! 10 out of 10

I am a new patient of Dr. Rechweg. I liked that he was timely with my appointment. He explained the procedure I was to have. Additionally, he set up a hearing test, and he reviewed these results. I felt my exam was thorough in scope. I also was happy with the covid protocols that were in place in this office.

To start, I was in extreme discomfort in my right ear. I was so pleased that my same day appointment was honored, that I was satisfied right from the start. Then, when I arrived on a Saturday morning, the receptionist staff was so kind and very helpful with the new hi tech tablet they used to fill out paper work. I felt very comfortable and I knew I was in good hands. Next, I met the Dr.Rechtweg who was excellent. This doctor not only has great bed- side mannerisms but he knew his medical craft. Thank you so much, Dr. Rechtweg.

This one star is being generous ... this dr's bedside manner is beyond reprehensible in my opinion. My 18 year old daughter came home from her consultation with him today in tears. She is 18 and has severely enlarged tonsils, is in pain and can barely eat. He told her maybe if she lost weight she'd sleep better, to come back when she's "really sick" (even tho her pediatrician wanted her to see an ENT before giving her antibiotics for her severe tonsillitis) and repremanded her when she cried as he was putting a camera tube up her nose. Needless to say, she will not be going back. I have no clue how good of a dr he is, have no interest after today in finding out and this review has nothing to do with that.
