Dr.Platt and his entire staff are wonderful!!! The actual wisdom teeth removal surgery was extremely quick, they were on time, and they really helped calm my nerves. When I had a concern a few days later, they got me right in to check and make sure I was healing properly. I would absolutely recommend Dr.Platt to anyone in need.

Very happy with the whole process, from consult to the surgery. The whole team including Dr. Platt are very kind and caring. Will definitely use again.

Very thorough throughout my experience. Early the next day following my surgery, I notified my dentist that I finally got it done, he informed me that Dr Platt had already called him. In my eyes that is going above and beyond to be sure that I was well taken care of with that type of prompt follow up. I was thoroughly impressed.

Dr Platt and his staff are first rate! I have gone here for 8+ years and had four implants done. I choose Dr Platt every time instead of the bargain dentists advertising the lowest price on billboards. I was very pleased with my experience. I did not have to sit long to be brought back. Everyone was very pleasant. We were greeted right away with a smile. Everyone is very helpful and answered any questions that I had. Everything was answered and explained to me as I was set up. He did an amazing job and I have a 2-3/10 pain at the most and that is without any pain medications. My bleeding stopped after about an hour. I highly recommend them. Was referred here because I had two extra wisdom teeth (6 in total) and I couldn't get them removed at my normal dentist. I had two teeth that needed to be pulled and 4 teeth that were impacted. Was in and out within an hour and a half and have had no issues so far. Dr. Platt did a phenomenal job removing my teeth and stitching up my mouth to where I was off pain meds and eating normally by day 2. 10/10 would reccomend. Friendly and thorough! Thank you for making this procedure for my husband so effortless. We feel really prepared when we go home and the numbing wears off. All of the staff was incredibly polite and kind. The ice packs are really neat to have and reuse, thanks for sending them home!

I recently had a procedure performed having a tooth extracted and an implant. I would like to thank the friendly staff and the professionalism of Dr Jay Platt. The office was exceptionally clean and I arrived there on time and they have a preregistration you can do online to save time which is nice! What paperwork was left was done quickly when I arrived and the Doctor was in my room and started the procedure immediately with no wait time. For such in invasive procedure it was performed swiftly and painless!!! I know none of us enjoy having dentistry performed but all of them made it easy for me as a patient. To my pleasant surprise I received a thank you letter for choosing Dr Platt as his Oral Surgeon along with a gift card! What a nice touch! Jay Platt and his staff are absolute professionals. I came here on recommendation from my dentist late last summer. I had wisdom teeth that had been causing me extreme pain intermittently for years. They had also caused problems for my other teeth resulting in several more necessary extractions. I had an inital appointment set up for closer examination. After the gameplan was laid down, I returned several weeks later for the surgical extractions. The procedure was as quick and as painfree as possible. I awoke from the anesthesia feeling like Mike Tyson and my face had just had an unpleasant conversation but that's normal. More importantly, I felt a strong sense of relief. While doing Our part with isolation and social distancing during the pandemic, I unfortunately fractured a lower rear molar. My regular Dentist, who is temporarily closed (emergencies only ) referred Me to Dr. Platt. When I called, I found that Dr. Platt's office was only taking emergencies as well. They were very understanding of My situation and scheduled an appointment the next day. I was very relieved to see how organized and thorough Dr. Platt's office was in reference to the pandemic. I truly felt safe with the procedures they had in place...social distancing, personal protection equipment, cleanliness, etc. Every Staff member I encountered handled themselves extremely professionally, while also showing compassion and understanding of My tooth issue. The procedure to remove My tooth went very smoothly ...... with little pain or discomfort. Multiple times during the process, Dr. Platt and his Staff checked to make sure if I was ok. I had an ER extraction and I hate going to the dentist. I was referred to Dr. Platt. I was very anxious, but the staff was so nice and explained everything. I felt more relaxed. Honestly I'm in shock that this office has a 5 star rating. I was turned away because I thought my appointment was 2:30, but I made a mistake and it was actually 2:00. I arrived at 2:15...15 min early (according to my mistaken 2:30 appointment) to fill out paper work and after 5 minutes of filling out the paper work a staff person told me I was late and had to reschedule. The staff was cold and uncaring about my infected tooth that I was so looking forward to getting out. She said I could reschedule for 1 week later...no thanks...my tooth was killing me! and was unwilling to do anything. I'm still a bit shocked that she sent me packing over 15 minutes. I called their competitor who was happy to fit me in. I cant comment on the quality of work they do, but its obvious the front desk staff could care less! My son was nervous going into the surgery but they kept him calm. The whole staff will treat you like family every time you go in. We love Dr. Platt and his staff!

Had my wisdom teeth removed here and they did great. All the staff was extremely nice and comforting in getting me through this as I was nervous since it was my first ever surgery. All the employees are friendly and the facility is very clean. I got all four of my wisdom teeth pulled in under an hour and the procedure went very smoothly. Dr.Platt even called me the same day he took out my wisdom teeth to make sure I was doing okay. I would highly recommend this place!

Had wisdom teeth taken out at 49 four weeks after my 18 year old had hers at same place. Got in and 13 minutes I was walking to recovery room. Daughter did great and I feel pretty good for day one. Staff excellent and so was Dr Platt.

I was referred to him by my family dentist, but never got past the initial phone call. The conversation started out with, we have no openings for 3 wks. and then proceeded with their list of office rules, not quite a warm and fuzzy feeling ...lol. I was never asked if I was in any pain and or what my appt. was even for. Dr. Platt may have been wonderful, but the representation of his office made by the gal that answered the phone was not my cup of tea. I was treated by Dr. Wolf :-)
