Dr. Jay Michael Minorik

I had my first visit with Dr Minorik earlier this week to review the MRI on my shoulder. Dr Minorik explained the damage in terms I understood and gave me alternatives to treatment. He instilled a confidence in me that whichever route I go it will have a good result.

Dr. Minorik always gives me the time I need to explain my concerns at all of my appointments. I never feel rushed and never leave without my questions answered.

This is the second time seeing Dr. Jay Minorik for two different issues over two years / shoulder and knee. I have found him to be experienced and friendly. I appreciate how he shared scans (MRI and X-ray), and took the time to thoroughly explain what was on the scan and what my options were.

Dr. Minorik is an outstanding doctor. He listens carefully and patiently explains options of care. The team is very efficient and caring.

Dr Minorik is great! He takes the time to find the answers but doesn’t order unnecessary tests. I recommend him for any orthopedic needs.

Dr. Minorik and staff were absolutely amazing during a scary time for my family. He was thorough and explained things very well. Care was top notch. High recommend.

I have recently had my second knee replaced by Dr Minorik in June of 2021 and have had outstanding results, as is his reputation! He is the only doctor I would recommend for knee surgeries! My surgery was done at OSI and I spent three days at Recovery Inn. The care was excellent and I felt secure in their capable hands, from pre-op to discharge and follow up care! I am on a keto diet and the kitchen manager went out of his way to buy me food and beverages that I could have during my stay. The nursing staff, dietary, housekeeping, and therapy staff went above and beyond my expectations! I felt like I was staying in a posh hotel. I was discharged with an excellent understanding of what I needed to do to have the best possible outcome. I love the new text system of support that Dr Minorik has for each of his patients. Dr. Minorik is an amazing surgeon! He took his time to appropriately diagnose my shoulder issues and I was able to have everything done in house at OSI in Appleton. He changed my life for the better and I am back to swim bike and running better than I was before my surgery.

Be assured that your knees are in the very good hands of Dr.Minorik. It has been over two years since my total knee replacement and I could not be happier! I've regained mobility and I've been given freedom from pain!
