Mr. Jay B. Mepani

Dr Mepani was good. His staff is terrible. Incredibly rude. Poor customer service skills. Those receptionist should be fired because they have an attitude every time.

Dr. Meponi has been very kind and helpful keeping my thyroid levels stable. He abd his entire office staff are a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Dr. Mepani is a nice guy but that doesn’t mean he’s a great doctor. I, like others, did not leave this place feeling cared for. There’s no way to get in touch with the doctor or the office - even through the portal. They will not answer portal messages or return calls. He seems to get annoyed with questions and tried to rush you out. The imaging center they refer you to if you need ultrasounds or biopsies is dark and gross and don’t expect to get results in a timely manner. He made me feel uncomfortable , Not listened to, and not cared for. This place is also always very busy and crowded and you have to pay to park.

Dr Jay B. Mepani is my doctor! He is a very awesome doctor and takes the time with me every visit i go to. He is personally a pleasure to see every three months!

I have been trying for 4 days to get an appointment for a biopsy of a nodule on thyroid. I can’t even get a call back. I’ve gone to the portal and requested an appointment. I’ve called and left message 5 times because you can’t get through on the phone to anyone. And they say they will call back with in 24 hours but I’ve been waiting over 96 and nothing. Not sure I would trust them to do a biopsy since they can not even use a phone correctly. Absolutely the worst.

I have had good experiences both times I have gone to this practice. Dr. Mepani is professional and listens to my concerns. I am seeing him for a thyroid problem and am very satisfied.

I have always had a great experience in the Conyers office of Dr. Mepani. Dr. Mepani always listen to my concerns and he expresses his as well. The office staff always seems upbeat and professional. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I never saw Dr. Mepani - I was told my first visit had to be with his PA, who only works at the DeKalb Med. Ctr. office one day a week. The PA arranged a biopsy for me, the result of which was anticipated in 48 hours. It took me 11 days and numerous phone calls to get the results, which were finally transmitted through non-medical personnel. Patient satisfaction seems to be a very low priority with this practice.

Ha, this doctors office hung up on me when I needed to cancel an appointment. Very rude the 3 times I've called. The forced a patient portal on me and it wasn't working. I was referred to this place by my doctor. What a shame that this place does not care one bit about their patients. Dr. Mepani, it's time to evaluate your staff. My first visit with was very good Dr. Mepani was friendly and professional. He explained my condition clearly, drawing picture of cysts location on my Thyroid to help me understand the size of each.
