Doctor Jaikishen has been my doctor for 25 years and I can always depend on him to manage my back pain and help me with my maintenance prescriptions. He takes time to listen and ensure that he follows up as needed with testing.

I’m thankful that this dr performed a stress test that cost 106 dollars and had further test from another dr and had blockage and had to put stint in .. We just got this done like a week 1/2 ago and she called the day he was going in surgery asking for the payment over phone while I was in the hospital with my husband the day he was about to go in surgery and I politely told her I was in no frame of mind to pay a bill right now and that I don’t pay bills over the cell ..to mail us the bill and I will pay .. then she she called the day after he came home from hospital and my husband told her nicely to mail payment to our address and we will pay and then she calls today Aug 14 and Leaves on my voicemail that they need paid 106 dollars and Hate to see it go to collections after a week 1/2 ??????????? Very Disappointed!!!!!!

Dr. Jay is the best and that goes without saying. Simply the best. I think he has been my internist for more than 20 years. I can tell by just conversing that he is a brilliant man. He knows medicines well and that is utmost for me. And he knows that I keep him in my corner. There is a friendly connection there. I certainly hope he feels the same. He’s seen me through thick and thin. Almost dying at one point————————-Now it’s Cathy’s turn. If there is a multi tasker she is the one. She’s bulldozing her way through all that stuff, never getting stressed, always on point. Doesn’t forget a thing. She even returns phone calls which didn’t happen in most cases. You are lucky, Dr. Jay, or you made a wise choice. Her mood is always upbeat. She is very comfortable with your patients. It’s a joy when you visit. I will be frank. I know some patients left due to your front office staff. I’m just so happy that Cathy is there. She’s a jewel Dr. Jay, do your best to keep her. She’s an asset to your practice. (Dr. Jay and Cathy, SIMPLY THE BEST.)

I was referred to Dr. Jaikishen by physician friend. I called and was seen within 3 days. I learned that Dr. Jay also directs the Internal Medicine students at University Hospital near his home in Lafayette. He is not your typical MD...not in a hurry and not a huge staff to bump you from one room to another. I found him to be a kind man who clearly is not motivated by fame or money, but rather a person who wants to find out what the problem is..and to do his best to fix it!

I was referred to Dr. Jakishen and was glad to have met him. You will not find a more dedicated physician. He's a wonderful person as well.
