Rudest dr I’ve ever spoken to. Unfortunately he was the on call dr for my doctor. I had surgery and I was unable to urinate after for 7 hours. He laughed that I didn’t call earlier and was extremely rude and unhelpful: thankfully my doctor called me. Even the ER doctor said he was awful.

I have nothing bad to say. I've seen him several times for kidney stones over the last 15 years. He has surgically removed one from me. He's always been professional, while also being pretty down to earth and easy to talk to. The reason I'm here writing this review, is because I was looking up his info to recommend him to a friend who in the ER with his first stone, so I do highly recommend him.

Dr has a warm heart caring and someone who makes the world a better place.

This is the worst doctor I have ever been to for treatment. As a new referral patient to Dr. Hwang, I have never been so disappointed in the services received. This doctor does not respond, in a timely manner, to tests results ordered. I had a urine sample taken on my first visit that was sent to the lab. The urine culture results came back, within the normal three days, and appeared in MyChart for my viewing. The results showed a full blown UTI (e-coli growth greater than 100,000). However, I was not prescribed a prescription for the infection/nor notified by a member of the doctor's staff until one and a half (1 1/2 weeks) later. Also, I had a CT Scan done, the following week, from my initial first visit, and again, one and a half weeks later, I have not heard anything from this doctor. Please note that I have tried messaging the doctor in MyChart, and I haven't gotten a response from him or a member of his staff. This doctor must be to busy with surgeries. I Don't recommend him.

Great doctor. Very caring and gives you the information you need to make a decision.

Dr. Hwang listens and respond in a manner that I can understand. I do not feel rushed during a visit. I am very happy with the service he provides!

Listens to me. Not pushy or authoritative. Great "bedside manner" Doesn't push for unnecessary treatment ( for some it appeared to be a money grab). Best urologist I've ever seen.

Dr Hwang is great! My husband has had NO complaints!

Dr. Hwang is Professional, Courteous, Kind, Compassionate, Considerate, Empathetic, and has a great sense of humor among many other attributes! Dr. Hwang is a slam-dunk heads-up compared to other doctors!! Thank you Dr. Hwang for all you do to help make your patients feel at ease in a sometimes uneasy health situation...

Dr. Hwang was very thorough. Didn't rush me in and out. Was as good an experience as a doctor's appointment can be. Would highly recommend him.

Definitely worth seeing and talking to. My friends see him too. Excellent urologist. Had high psa, now have highly recommended dr. Thank you dr Hwang.
