My daughter received care and surgery from Dr Dutton for deviated septum, turbinate reduction and rhinoplasty. Dr Dutton and his team at Good Sam and Illinois Masonic were amazing! Making an appointment was easy, we came at our appointment time and were seen timely, the consult was thorough and the surgery and follow up care were tremendous! We had wonderful support from the surgical scheduler to ensure we understood everything and completed all steps prior to surgery, and the experience at Good Sam was equally spectacular! My daughter had an extremely smooth recovery, zero complications and the results, while still only 3.5 weeks post surgery, are just amazing! I can't recommend this surgeon and this team enough! I was not impressed with this practice at all. They scheduled a follow-up appointment for 11:30 today (allergy tests and CT scan) after my initial consultation. I received more than 10 separate phone calls and multiple emails confirming my appointment at 11:30 today. Well...I was just getting ready to leave my house for my 11:30 appointment and the phone rang. It was their office wondering why I was late for my 10:30 appointment! Apparently, since they were doing two different tests, they set it up as two separate appointments (one at 10:30 and one at 11:30)! Every email and phone call I received was for 11:30. To me it's one practice and one appointment. Whoever is responsible for setting processes and procedures for this practice needs to get their act together. It doesn't matter that the doctors are good. If you can’t manage your practice, why should I trust you to manage a segment of my health?
