Dr. Jay E. Cowan

I had to have my wisdom teeth pulled and found Dr. Cowan. Dr. Cowan was an absolute pleasure from the beginning. He also has a great bedside manner. The ladies in the front office are very customer service friendly and greeted me with a smile every visit. Dr. Cowan's dental hygienists were great too. I was given all of the information I needed prior to my surgery. I ended up having dry socket but Dr. Cowan took care of that. Everyone I encountered at this office was great. I appreciate the level of care I received and will use Dr. Cowan for any future needs my family or I have. Keep up the great work Doc.

We had such a great experience with Dr. Cowan when my oldest kiddo had his wisdom teeth out. It was so easy and he had a great recovery with awesome follow up and after care from Dr. Cowan and his staff. Even though the office is on the complete other side of town from our home, we continued to take all of our other kids there for everything from wisdom teeth to minor extractions. Can't recommend Dr. Cowan enough!!

My daughter visited in August. Even though I had a dental insurance they made us pay money upfront. I had no issue with this so I paid the 25% upfront. Knowing that my insurance would still cover all of it. My insurance didn’t cover it and the office stated they would issue me a refund. It is now December and I still do not have this refund. Their accounting system is horrible! They Want the money upfront but they sure don’t pay the money was due back to you. I have called at least on four occasions and they keep stating they are working on it and they will mail me a check. I am now five months out and still have not received the check. Beware if you have insurance.

I am very pleased with my visit to Dr. Jay Cowan. I thought it was gonna cost me a lot more and he took very good care of me, very professional. All the staff were Awesome . Thank You So Much I’m sure I’ll be back.

Could not wait to leave. Jay cowan was just plain rude to me.

This doctor sucks he should not be practicing dentistry hope he gose to jail

Dr. Cowan pulled 2 of my teeth and put in 2 implants. He did an excellent job and is very professional, gentle, pleasant and so is his staff. I highly recommend him!

Thank you Dr. Cowan and staff for making our daughter's oral surgery a breeze. The surgery was simple and follow-up much appreciated.

Dr Cowans staff worked me in on March 14th for a severe toothache. Tooth was pulled and we set up for me to have two implants put in. I am in the process of installing first implant. Dr Cowan, assistant Ann and the entire staff have been great with me and my treatment. Would highly recommend his services to other people.

He was extremely unprofessional and rude. Yelled at a minor child because they could still feel it and wasn’t numb yet! This is unacceptable and will be reported

As a patient referral I was accused by the dentist of making a statement to my referring dentist about him. Cowan waited until I was in the chair and came in the room and just got in my face. He told me to never make a statement like that about him again. The only problem was that I hadn't said what he was accusing of saying. When I attempted to tell him this he cut me off and said just don't do it again. I was humiliated and bullied by the Dr. All at the same time.. I don't recommend him.
