It was great everyone was so nice and Dr. Brown knows everything about my eyes And I didn’t have to change my glasses. I like to go there for my eyes to be taken care of he’s know how to take of my eyes I always feel better when leave his office thank you for being a great doctor

Very informative. Explains things very well.

Wait times were minimal, assistants were friendly, and everything ran efficiently!

Dr Brown, his nurses and staff all very professional. I was seen promptly and my concerns addressed.

I highly recommend Dr. Brown. Excellent care from the exam to the cataract surgery to post op exam.

He was very thorough and explained everything very clearly. I never felt like he was in a hurry to dismiss me. A very good experience.

I've been a patient of Dr. Brown for years. His care is excellent. I trust in his diagnosis faithfully. The office is efficient.

The office was efficient and staff very nice. Dr. Brown was pleasant and answered all my questions. I did not feel at any time that my appointment was being rushed. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Dr. Brown did a great job with my cataract surgery in both eyes, one with retinal problems as well. I can see better than I have in 10 or 15 years. He really cares about the results his patients get and I think he is a miracle worker. A nice, humble, miracle worker.

Professional, Courteous, Thorough, and Practical – what’s there not to like?

I feel Dr. Brown is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is meticulous in his explanations and very thorough in his examinations. I highly recommend him to anyone!

Friendly, efficient, and professional!

Check in time was fast and everyone was friendly!

Dr. Brown is the best! Very thorough and kind.

My first visit with Dr. Brown and I won't be going back to him. He was friendly and went right to work looking in my eyes. But while he did answer the questions I was able to ask, he rushed out too quickly--particularly for a first time patient. Didn't get adequate time.

I've been using Dr Brown for numerous years now. I trust his judgement and feel he has taken very good care of me. He has listened to my complaints and so far solved them. Staff is friendly and professional. Wait time is usually short.

Office visit with Dr. Jay Brown was very thorough and professional. No long wait to see the doctor.

I have been calling on this office for many years and am always delighted with their service. This last visit was exceptional insofar as I was in and out in 30 minutes where it used take two hours. Dr Brown is one of my favorite physicians. He is cheerful and efficient as are his assistants. i have never had to return for followups.

Just like everything else right now, social distancing and extra protection taken, there may be a wait. Be patient. They got me in as soon as they could. The young lady examining me first was very polite and helpful. When I saw Dr. Brown, he was friendly and direct. I feel like I got a good exam and will go back in a year or so.
