Dr. Jay M Brooker

This man is top notch in his profession. I have been seeing him as a patient, since 2014 and I nevet want another Orthopedic doctor! Simply the best.

I had a hip replacement done and he was great at explaining this to me.

Terrible terrible service I received, extremely rude and short. He seemed annoyed that I was seeing him, he cut me off when I was trying to explain my pain, and he was one of the rudest doctors I encountered with. I will never go back to him!

I saw Dr Jay Brooker for my injured knee as a result of a car accident. As soon as he found out that my injury would never result in knee replacement or any type of surgery, he wouldn't give me the time of day. He did have me get an x-ray, but he didn't even look at my knee!!! His office made me pay $210.00 because I was going to be using the medical part of my car insurance. It was going to be $420.00 until I told the office manager that he didn't even look at my knee. I would not recommend Dr Jay Brooker for anything! Nothing went well and everything needs improvement!

My mom had surgery with this provider. He was rude and condescending. He blame my mom for not following with him directly. The staff was informed that my mom needed to see Dr. Brooker but instead they schedule my mom with his assistant. His work is also sloppy. My mom needed another surgery months later. Please do no see this provider.

He is a rude and condescending man. Instead of apologizing for the incompetency of his staff regarding my father's care, he decided to try and degrade me and provide misinformation. I wouldn't let him treat my worst enemy. Please save yourself the time and find a different doctor.

Doctor and staff are rude and condescending. They consistently blame each other for mistakes regarding patient care. They joke about the quality of hospitals they provide services to in the most unprofessional way.

Awesome surgeon very knowledgeable in his craft. I would refer him to anyone who may be in need of the type of surgery I had which is an complete hip replacement. Very pleased and I will be returning to him for the oppositions side to be replaced as well thanks again Doc!!!!!!

He replaced my hip and I was so impressed I am letting him do the other. Great Surgery Doctor for sure.

Dr Brooker was very pleasant answered all my questions, and is a very good surgeon no complaints

The experience with this clinical staff was awful. The office staff was very rude and condescending. Angela at the front desk was especially nasty and the staff at large has a disdain and disregard for the elderly and minorities.When I complained about how my 80 year old mother was treated and what Angela had said to me she outright lied and the Dr Shah that I complained to seemed to care less. We were even more disrespected when Angela kept addressing my,80 year old mother by her first name.

Dr J. Brooker is the best he is Very knowledgeable, professional,intelligent and Concerned about his patients.I feel Very Safe knowing that Dr. Brooker will be performing my knee surgery. He is one of the Kindest Doctors that I have ever met.Thank You. I will be walking and back to my Everyday Activities thanks to him.My Surgery will be soon Thank You Doctor Brooker My Husband and I Sincerely Thank You for Helping me.I have the utmost Trust and Faith in God and I'm sure Happy that he Blessed Dr
