Stay Away from this place!!!! I made an apt for my 10 year old daughter for an urgent issue. They said they could get her in sooner then my usual dermatologist so I decided to give them a try. I picked my daughter up early from school and we got there and the refused to take us because my daughter had a cough, I told them it was a lingering cough from 3 weeks ago she isn’t sick, she doesn’t have a fever and the dr cleared her weeks ago.... they refused! Terrible experience. Arrived for my appointment but was refused service for an outstanding co-pay. Not only had I never received a bill but also the bill when it did arrive was post marked 2 days before the appointment and delivered 1 day after the appointment. I attempted to pay by credit card and was told they do not accept credit cards, only cash or checks. I didn't have sufficient cash and do not carry a check so I was told I could reschedule after the co-pay was satisfied. Terrible experience. I had the absolute best experience at a Dr office ever here! I stopped in last minute because I was in the plaza and they fit me in. After that I saw the Dr and he was very polite and knew what he had to do for me. He quickly executed the task amidst my whining and eased my mind during the procedure. I then checked out and found the bill was half of what I thought I was going to pay!! I live 45 min away and will gladly return to only Dr Brachfeld as long as I live in South Florida!
