I had an urgent matter that I originally was going to have to wait weeks for. I went into the office and Dr Sheikhs staff contacted him by phone immediately and they squeezed me in for the next day. If not for everyone in the office helping me out I don’t know where I’d be today. i am kiran javed my uncle Solomon Massey took me to Dr.Jawad shaikh clinic he was very kind Dr.he took good care of us all staff was helpful n cooprative .

I had a great experience and Dr. Shaikh was very thorough with his assessment. He addressed all my health questions and made sure I understood. He did treat me like I was family and I am glad to have Dr. Shaikh as my cardiologist.

I had my procedure with cleaning of my legs done with Dr Shaikh.I can feel my legs I can walk better He and his staff are excellent they are courteous he is the best doctor I do go to the other doctors I find Dr Shaikh the best

Me and my husband have known Dr Shaikh for past 8 years. He did cath for both me and my husband. He put stents as well. Every time I talk to him he puts me at ease and explain everything at length. He has excellent knowledge and makes extra effort for us to understand. I have his cell phone which he always respond whenever I need him and his staff. I love Dr Shaikh and his office environment. Dr. Shaikh office gave mine, and several other patients, private information to a 3rd party solicitor! I was then bombarded with soliciting phone calls from people trying to trick me into allowing my insurance to pay for services I did not need! I'm still getting calls! I love my cardiologist Dr Shaikh. I beg to differ about the office staff. I have been needing a heart cath since I was diagnosed with heart function of 30%. Last month I went in and Dr ordered the heart cath. Today 9/16/19, I call to follow up on possible date of procedure and nothing has been initiated. I'm really frustrated as this is a new diagnosis and waiting for diagnostic testing is now over a month. Ended up in ER after feeling like my heart was about to explode. If it hadn't been for Dr Shaikh and the staff at the ER that night i probably wouldn't be here to post this. I had a hole in my heart since birth and had regular checkups each year to make sure it was okay. I guess all the stress that day set things off and my daughter took me in just in time. Almost always a good experience. Have been going to Dr Shaikh since 2011. Always takes good care of me and has genuine care and concern for my heart health.

Waited 1 hr 45 mins to see him 5 mins. To get results. No apology from staff or the Dr. himself for the long wait. Just a sigh from the front desk person when I told her I needed an appt when it is slower since I waited this long for a 5 mins conversation.

Dr. Shaikh has taken care of my husband and me for many years. I highly recommend him as a caring and professional physician.

After having triple bypass surgery Dr. Shaikh came to ICU to see how I was doing. He is a very thoughtful and caring doctor. After being discharged I made a follow up appointment with his office at Christus Santa Rosa off 151. His staff was excellent and very little waiting time on the day of my appointment. We talked about my concerns( and I was scared about several things) and he put me at ease with his answers.

Office support staff awful. 2 days to call in prescription once, 8-9 nine days another instance. Over books. Two hour wait. Patients standing in hallway and also in back, patient care area in hallway.

He has been my cardiologist for two years. He is highly skilled, thorough, and patient. He explains procedures, diagnoses, and treatments well. His staff are friendly and efficient. I trust him highly.

Have no trust whatsoever in this doctor. I went to him because I had been having more-than-normal tachycardia episodes. He said EKG showed I had had minor heart attack which I confirmed with my cardiologist in Mobile, AL was NOT THE CASE AT ALL. Doctor would NOT release my medical records to cardiologist in Mobile, AL even after I signed release and requested them 3 times myself and Mobile cardiologist requested them 2 times, so I had to have all tests repeated at my own expense.

Dr Shaikh is very knowledgeable in his field. By the number of patients I see at his office, at Christus Santa Rosa,at Westover Hills, it is evident that he treats a large number of patients. With a huge workload he may not spend a sufficient amount of time with each individual patient. However, I feel comfortable that he will make a sound judgment in my level of care. One thing that I am not satisfied with is that I cannot see an online report of the results of each visit nor a written cy.
