Presented a staff that was uneducated in the field of Orthopedics, that is he was performing spinal injections w/o proper staff, equipment, and the realization of how much damage he could do. No CLEAN ROOM was provided for this procedure.

I went to afew other doctors in Asheville before finding Dr. Baksh. Not one of those doctors cared about my level of pain when I went in. one told me to buy some crazy device from Amazon to use. Dr Baksh was very nice and got right on my problems and relieved my pain. The only negative thing I can say is the staff who takes calls is not very good or returning calls. It is difficult to get in touch or have calls returned.

I have been at this practice for five years and it has been exactly what I wanted. Many options in terms of treatment including meds, injections, physical therapy and the new MAIN procedure a family member just had done. The injections work anywhere from six weeks to six months on the long end. The SI joint injection has been a life saver for me and I would recommend it for anyone with problems with their L5-S1 joint. That combined with my medicine does not eliminate my pain but it absolutely makes it manageable. I have seen marked improvement in my family member that had the main procedure done. This person is in their 70s and had chronic back issues since their 20s. This is the best I have ever seen them. It was not really that invasive even though it did involve a few staples. They were entirely healed after four weeks. I am having a stimulator put in soon and found that the trial helped. With all of my sciatic pain, it did not help the upper back pain, but I did not expect that.

This doctor sells expensive stimulator that don't work. He works for his bank account and not the patient. He preys on people with pain...

What an awful, awful Dr. After seeing Dr once for 10 to 15 mins then had injections and an ablation that did nothing but make my pain worse. PA then prescribed hydrocodone that did not help pain at all but made me loopy. 2nd visit with PA her solution was increase hydrocodone from twice to thee times daily. Oh and she also suggested having steroid shots since ablation made pain worse. Where was Dr in this - MIA. Nowhere to be found or involved, too buddy pumping more and more people through for more $$$ What an AWFUL, AWFUL Dr.

Staff is nice the new office is bigger my appointment was 845 and they had me back there by then and Dr. Baksh Talk to me right through it and he’s awesome so yes I would recommend the place

Dr. Baksh is an excellent physician! He truly cares about his patients!! He has went above and beyond to help me!!!! I recently had a spinal cord stimulator put in for back pain! It has really helped me a lot!!! I would highly recommend it for anyone with chronic back pain! Dr. Baksh has offered several therapies to help me with my back pain over the years. I have had several abalations, epidurals, and steroid injections which also gave me some relief. I also see Ken and Fawn on a regular basis. Both of these PA’s really try their best to help you! I honestly don’t know what I would of done without these people!!!!! I really like my MA, Hailey too. She is really sweet and helpful! Best pain management clinic ever!!! I am so grateful to all of them!

Dr. Baksh knows exactly what he is doing and is very skilled at doing it. Still a couple weeks yet to go before full recovery, but already seeing a big difference. For the first time in YEARS my spine pain is under control. I can stand up straight and am living like a normal person again! Saying Thank You a million times to Dr. Baksh would not be enough. If your doctor has told you that a pain management specialist would be better for you than invasive surgery, then by all means give Premier Pain Solutions a call.

I would not refer this Dr to anyone that has a chronic pain condition, he is only concerned with performing high dollar procedures, I've wasted over a year here and damn if I don't feel pretty stupid wasting my time, an office visit feels more like a high pressure sales event for a time share. I had to put a one Star because it wouldn't let me do less

I have had great experience with Dr Baksh, however the next visit I was going to see him and he wasn't I. And had to see the Dr practiicioner, don't care to see him at all again, wasted visit and money, I paid to see a Dr and didn't even see a real Dr, disappointed!!!

I have been going to Dr Baksh for a little more than a year now. I had seen him in the past and was very pleased that he was back in the area. He and Dr Barrow both have not only treated my back and neck problems, they will take the time to sit and talk to you about what’s going on and how they plan on going forward with the treatment. I don’t think I could ask to be treated any better by any other provider than these two. They treat you with their knowledge and todays technology, they don’t just bring you in, flip through some papers and send you out with medication. I have always felt in good hands with each appointment. They are helping me maintain a quality of life that allows me to enjoy my family and continue to work a full time job. Not only are the doctors, but the entire staff are the utmost professional, friendly, and courteous. I would highly recommend them. GO GAMECOCKS

Finally met a doctor who really listens to the patient! We are going to try some injections into the painful bones on my deteriorating spine. But all his staff were awesome to me....and as a new patient to their office I was nervous, apprehensive, and absolutely scared. They reassured me and made me feel as if I was I only patient here!

Had a Spinal cord stimulator inserted for trial. The procedure went very quickly and minimal discomfort. Hoping it will help. Even if I get no relief, the staff were all above and beyond on being friendly and helpful. They answered all questions I had, and I was very comfortable about going home. Would recommend them to someone who is interested in trying a spinal cord stimulator for pain relief.

Dr Baksh and his clinic are very professional, friendly and super nice getting my life back under control with epidural steroid injections in my cervical spine. All his staff make me feel like they care. I would recommend Dr Baksh to anyone that has trouble with there spine. Thank you DrBaksh and staff

Dr. Baksh is the best pain management doctor around. He is very caring and understands what his patients need.

I went in with high expectations and received the worst treatment. I was never examined and he spent less than 60 seconds telling me "I got the answer for you, NEUROSTIMULATION. DR, BAKSH IS INTERESTED ONLY IN IMPLANTING HIGH DOLLAR EQUIPMENT IN YOU AND HIGH COST INJECTIONS FOR HIS BENEFIT MAKING MONEY FOR HIS OWN POCKET BOOK. HE IS NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING PATIENTS AT ALL!

I have been to see Dr Bakash since 2013, I have followed him from spruce pine, NC, to Asheville, Nc and then to Columbus, nc I would not want to trust my pain management to anyone else he and his staff are the most friendly and caring people, his P.A's are very good as well they explain things well they listen to you pain needs and help make a treatment plan ?? I would give him a million stars if I could ??

I have had several pain docs and coming to NC to see Dr. Baksh has been great! He and his entire staff are truly empathetic to all of your needs. It is very scary going to a new office and meeting a new doc but they all were very comforting. He did go over several options to help with my pain with my medications. Feel truly blessed!

He is always as helpful as possible. I have had 2 nerve blocks there and both successful. Working on Fibro, Wait times are good and the office is clean, staff is great.

Not helpful. He injected me for low back pain, didn’t help, left thumb injected in wrong location, right elbow injected in wrong location. No relief from any of these. Felt like I was on an assembly line and his primary objective was to get done as fast as possible and get on to next paying customer. Would never go back.

He has been my wifes doctor for a few years now. She has had several prcedures down on her lower back and spine which includes a couple of cages, stimulator, and a pain pump. He USED to be a very caring, informative Dr. but the last couple of times he hasn't taken any time with my wife at all. Only a matter of seconds. She recently heard a popping sound in her neck and now her arms are going numb and hurting. She saw him today and didn't get anything from him as far as a diagnosis. Told her they would schedule her an x-ray in July and told her to think about a stimulator for her neck. I think that treatment was very un-professional and quite frankly, negligable. We are VERY dissapointed in the level of care at his office now.

Dr Bakst just renewed my prescription today. This is the most caring and sensitive doctor I have ever met. He listens to everything, he will hold my hand if I am upset, he will not leave until I have talked about whatever I need to talk about. He is wonderful!!! On top of everything else is he is so nice looking!

The claims for empathy, professionalism, and patient care are just a smoke screen for this practice. After a few appointments if you do not submit to additional injections, implant trials, and further expensive treatments, you are bullied and berated beyond what you can bear. Appointments are changed without notice, medication is reduced without discussion. Take time to check large payments to this”doctor” from medical suppliers such as St. Jude and Abbott. Suggest you find another doctor.

I recommend this Doctor ALL THE TIME!!! He has an awesome bedside manner,and he’s a very caring Doctor who will try to help any way he can to help give his patiens a better way of life with out pain!! He also now has great staff that works with him since he opened his new office at 155 West Mill St Suite#204 Columbus,North Carolina. Thank Dr Baksh for all your help and support getting my back and neck pain under control....... It is greatly appreciated!!!!

I have nerve damage due to lung surgery in 2011, I been in severe pain off and on, seen Neuroligist from Wake Forest to Hickory, 3 different Pain Management clinics and the doctors didn't act liked they cared if I was in pain or not. I think very highly of Dr. Baksh and his staff, he is concerned and listens to what you have to say and what you are going thru, he works as hard as he can to help you to get better, need more doctors like him. I thank God for leading me to Dr. Baksh

I have been seeing Dr Baksh for the last six years. He is very caring and truly wants to alleviate my pain. He explains everything in a manner that is easily understood. He is knowledgeable about the latest techniques available to relieve pain. The staff are well organized and friendly. All are knowledgeable about the procedures done in the clinic. I would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I have recently switched to Dr. B from another pain practice in shelby/rutherfordton. I could not be happier. He has really taken the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan in a down to earth way without fancy doctor talk. His staff is really nice on the phone and helps with rescheduling appointments. I will be telling everyone at my Church!

Pain is a hard thing to control. I went to my primary doc, and he said there was "nothing he could do". I was desperate- it hurt so much to walk, to work, and to spend time with my family. I finally met Dr. Baksh- AMAZING. He saved my life! He was able to take my pain from a 10/10 to pain free. I am happier, healthier, and pain free. I owe IT ALL TO DR. BAKSH! He's a lifesaver. Run, don't walk to go see him!

After many years of chronic pain so bad that I couldn’t hold a job and after many years of different therapy he had a solution to my pain although not entirely gone he has managed to keep it to a level where I can now work part time and I’m sure that in time it will get even better

Do not recommend to my worst enemy. I went in with slight sciatica nerve pain came out having a seizure less than 48 hours later. Widespread pain and treated like a drug seeker. Then terminated from the practice.... I wouldn't recommend unless you are wanting to live in chronic pain. After reading medical records they write anything to make their cause look good with little to no concern for us as the patients.. Good Luck

I started seeing Dr. Baksh when I moved here from Birmingham, AL. Medically, I am very complex to deal with because of many spinal issues and a host or autoimmune diseases that are trying to kill me. Pain causes, or contributes to flares of my autoimmune issues. Dr. Baksh understood this and treated me appropriately. When he left the practice, it hurt, literally. Finding Dr. Baksh and his caring, concerned style and staff was a the answer to many prayers. I highly recommend him and his staff.

Dr. Baksh is a very personable, kind doctor. He really seems to care about his patients and takes time to talk and explain conditions in layman's terms. Wonderful personality!!! I feel he is a great doctor in many areas, although he did not help my SI joint condition. I have a problem with the way billing is processed at his office...What I believed to be visits that would cost $300-$400 actually cost in the thousands because of the facility he uses. SO check billing before seeing him!

I started seeing Dr. Baksh when he was at PARDEE Pain Management in The new office they had opened in 2015. I could not ask for a better or more careing Doctor. He started out giving me several injections in my back and went on Too place the neurostimulation system in my lower back. It has been wonderful. It's the first time I've had this much pain relief on that side of my back for years. I've been on numerous pain meds, spinal injections and a few other things. Dr.Baksh was great.All in 20min

I have been under the care of Dr. Javid Baksh, DO for over 4 years and can say he has saved my life. Suffering from a debilitating, chronic pain illness, he is without exception sympathetic and empathetic to my pain. Always a forward thinker, he offers new treatments and procedures to try to help me. It's comforting to have a Dr. that genuinely cares. Any facility would be lucky to have an asset like Dr. Baksh on staff. He's a force in the OR and a gentle soul in an exam room.

Dr Baksh is the most efficient, trustworthy and professional Doctor I have had the privilage of meeting and seeking his help. We are so blessed to have him here. He has done things for me that are amazing. He has helped me eliminate pain in my neck that I thought i may have to live with for life So proud to know him and recommend him.

One of the most caring, gentle and understanding pain management doctors that I know. He takes the time to know you a person and to get to the root of the cause of your pain. In today's fast pace world when you find a doctor who spends enough time with you to know you and your problems you hold on to them. Dr. Baksh has down an awesome job with him me manager pain.

I love this Dr and his staff ! They are so patient and kind. Dr Baksh is a wonderful, sympathetic, understanding, and efficient doctor. I feel he really cares abt helping me to get relief! He gave me nerve blocks it helped relieve pain, I haven't had this much relief for years, it's amazing to be able to move better and not dread it. He is a wonderful dr. I'm so grateful to God for sending Dr Baksh into my life! No negatives from me! I am new patient and will keep returning!

He the best doctor i ever had

I was among Dr. Baksh's early patients when, thank God, he and his team opened the new Pain Management Clinic at St. Luke's back in the summer. The internet indicated they were bringing high patient care satisfaction ratings with them from their previous practices in Bryson City and Hendersonville, and it became readily apparent even during my introductory appointment that we here in the Foothills were not going to be disappointed. What true professionals and wonderful, caring people they are!

Dr Baksh is at Saint Luke's pain center in Columbus NC. He is the best Pain management Dr. I have ever been to. He is caring, compassionate, kindhearted. Never have I felt like a drug addict around him. He researched my need and never questioned after that. I'm not afraid to be honest with him. I trust him implicitly.
