This in regards to Dr.Umfleet's office. He is a good neurologist. The issue is with his office staff. They are the front line that pts. encounter first. The first impression is this is an unprofessional practice and the pts. or pt. advocates are treated poorly and their questions/concerns are not addressed in a timely manner. I am a Critical Care RN and have been in practice for 38 years. The RN in his practice is very rude and tends to diagnose a pt.'s concern over the phone. Still no call back
