He did not properly diagnose me. There are things that could have, would have and should have been done at the point in time that I saw him, that degenerated because of lack of proper diagnosis and care direction. I am extremely disappointed in the care I received

Dr Serpe and Cassie are awesome! First visit to them today for my mom. Very friendly, super helpful and took the time to answer all our questions and then some. Would recommend !!

Dr. Serpe did surgery on my foot to remove a piece of infected bone this morning. An ulcer on the bottom of my foot wouldn't heal so surgery was needed to fix the problem. Dr. Serpe is hands down the most real and compassionate doctor I have had in my 50 some years of life. He truly cares about his patients and their well being. This evening I even received a phone call from him checking up on me. Was I feeling ok, any pain, any.bleeding and then took a couple of minutes just to talk to me. If you are in the Kankakee/Bourbonnais area i would highly recommend him if you are in need of a podiatrist. You won't find a better one in the area. I was terrified of getting ingrown toenails removed again......First doctor I went to was pretty unfriendly and he had me in so much pain. My finger nails were practically digging in the chair with the first doctor. He did not numb my toe enough. Dr. Serpe and his RN Casie (spelling?) were absolutely wonderful and should be very proud of their not only bedside manner, but Docs ability to not send me through the ceiling in pain! Thank you I am so blessed I found this doctor and his staff! Blessings! I wouldn't go to anyone besides Dr. Serpe. No matter how many times you go to him, he ALWAYS treats you with respect and kindness. You're always treated as if you're his only patient. His knowledge and expertise goes way above and beyond!!

I have been seeing Dr.Serpe for 3 years now. He is very kind,friendly and professional. I have recommended him to others who have seen him since. No need for myself to find another foot doctor.He is a Five star doctor.I would recommend him 100%

A very good doctor, knowledgeable, professional and has a good bedside manor with patients. He uses reasonable measures first and is conscious about expenses. I have had several procedures done in various years. I would go back to him in a heartbeat!

Dr. Serpe and his staff are amazing! He is such a nice man that takes his time with you and genuinely cares about his patients health. I 100% recommend anyone to check out his office. :-)

Our 13 year old son has Aspergers Syndrome and ADHD. He was VERY apprehensive about the appointment. Dr. Serpe and his staff were VERY patient and understanding with our son. He went the extra mile to answer the many questions that our son asked. Thank you sooo much!!
