Rebuttal to comment about front office staff. Those ladies do an excellent job with the amount of patients that come through their door. I have personally witnessed them being mistreated by patients as they come in and yet they remain calm and professional. Can't say anything bad about Retina Associates. Keep up the great job.

Love, love everyone else but those ladies at the front desk are RUDE

I had another eye Dr. operate on my eye and did not fix the problem I switched Dr. and started with Dr. Ruggiero he operated and retina staying attached 6 mos. and things are going good. Dr. is willing to answer questions and explain in lay terms what He is about to do. Nice friendly staff, average wait time, no problem I have recommended him to friends.

Dr. Ruggiero takes the time to respond to questions. He doesn't rush you out the door, and is very thorough. - Excellent at breaking down medical concepts into understandable and usable health information. Would definitely go back.

Would recommend. Thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and efficient.
