This is one of the most approachable and kind doctors that I have ever seen. He has a great bedside manner and is a credit to his company and profession.

Dr. Rovak is exceptional! He took the time to explain with visual examples why my fingers were in trigger mode. Dr. Rovak then provided a plan of action with follow up suggestions if our plan did not work for me. He also explained about what to expect post procedure. I found this information very helpful. Today my hand is pain free with minimal locking of my fingers. I highly recommend Dr. Rovak and his awesome staff. Also a big thank you to Amanda.

My husband had an appt with Dr. Rovak and at the end I asked about some symptoms I was having, thinking I could get a recommendation for what service would be appropriate and that I would make an appt and be seen later. Dr. Rovak offered to see me immediately! I'm so appreciative he could help and that I'm on the path of healing. He's personable and easy to talk to and will answer any and all questions about treatment and options while keeping expectations realistic.

Dr. Rovak was awesome. He performed carpal tunnel surgery on my right hand. I chose to receive a local and was awake during the surgery. I had my surgery around 11 in the morning, and my hand continued to stay numb well into the evening. When the numbing medication wore off, it started to ache with pain. I put an ice bag on it that night, and got up the next morning, and have not experienced any pain with it since. I’ve got a very small scar at the bottom of my palm. I am two weeks past surgery date and it’s doing great. My follow up appointment was today, and Dr. Rovak said everything was looking great! He told me to massage the scar area to avoid any unnecessary scar tissue buildup under the skin. I am extremely excited to have gotten the surgery done. I look forward to the future months and regaining some of the feeling in my fingers that I have lost. While I don’t expect a 100% recovery of feeling, I am thankful, and any improvement will be great!! Carolyn B. - Colorado

Dr. Rovak is the BEST in my opinion. He is totally wise & knowledgeable at what he does & can be totally trusted. With my first visit to current I have been cared for 5stars across the board! The only thing that disturbs me is that when I come in I am initially & curtly told of the current balance of my bill & am expected to pay it then. Just so you all know- I in the past have been robbed, therefore carry NO money of any kind on my person-EVER. Thusly, I will always require a bill which I will pay as immediately as is possible by check. You do not have to worry that I will not pay=I always pay my bills. Dr Rovak is great and his staff is excellent.

I had a ruptured ligament in my hand. Dr Rivak diagnosed it quickly and performed surgery. It was quick and painless and it’s healing well.

The doctor was great the nurses was great The doctor talked to explain he just made you feel comfortable and he joked and you know he's from close to where I'm from and we reconnected as you know I feel like he really cared about getting my hand right so yeah I'm excited about him working on my hand helping me get it back right at least somewhat so I can use it

Dr. Rovak performed a ulnar nerve reduction in my left elbow 10 days ago, everything when great, had no pain whatsoever and minimal swelling. He's a great Dr. and I trust him completely and definitely recommend him.

Dr R was great, staff very customer/patient centric. I was called in less than 2 minutes and saw Dr in less than 5. Injection was pin point. Instructions and explanations were very clear. IMO a perfect dr office visit and care all around.

Dr. Rovak and his medical team have been exceptional in their care of my recent wrist injury. He has been thorough in his assessments and has communicated my options for treatment. I appreciate his explanations of the options and willingness to answer all my questions. My appointments have been at two different locations and in each experience has provided great care by a responsive and personable staff.

I have seen DR Rovak 3 times a injection for a arthritic finger and a trigger finger , did a thorough job with x-raying it first to make sure there is an issue and what the issue is, got an injection lasted seven months got a second injection this week for my trigger finger, has already started working, if it happens again we’ve already set a plan… dr. Rovak does not waste your time he has a great personality as well .. very knowledgeable has not Steered me wrong with my hand issues … I highly recommend him with any hand issues you might have… The office is clean, The staff is professional never had a problem getting in with in a week .. thank you all…

Dr. Rovak is awesome. I’ve been an ER provider for 17 years, and have consulted/referred to him probably over a hundred times. I’ve never heard of anything but great outcomes. When it came time for me to have hand surgery, I had no hesitation to call on him again. I’m grateful for his knowledge, thoughtfulness, precision, and explanation of all available options. I am thoroughly impressed with Dr Rovak. He was the surgeon that performed a Carpal Tunnel Release surgery on both right and left wrists. I’m three weeks out from my left wrist operation and one week out from my right wrist. My recovery is going better than I expected and the the issues I was experiencing prior to the surgeries are completely gone I simply can’t say enough about Dr Rovak! So from 1 - 5 stars Dr Rovak is a 5. If it’s 1 - 10, he’s a 10!

I felt very comfortable with Dr Rovak and he immediately put me at ease..

He assured me that he wants to get me healed and fixed with the best strategic game plan. He even out reached to others in the field to get opinions and explore options. I like that.

I had tendon sheath on my two fingers on both hands. Visiting with Dr. Rovak, he provided me multiple options for the treatments. I chose the incision procedure. Dr. Rovak is very skillful with the operation, I felt an immediate relief from the pain due to the pressure of the sheath. Not only he provided excellent treatment, Dr. Rovak and his nurse assistant Karissa took very good care of me, and they also flexible with their schedules to meet with my schedule. I’m very highly recommended every one to visit Dr. Rovak if you should need help with your hands.

I have had Dr Rovak as my hand orthopedic specialist for the past 3 years. He has always been polite, kind and very professional. He is attentive to any questions and takes time to make sure that you understand the procedure. Smart, kind, great at explaining things, efficient. I trust him w my hands!

He was very personable, and relatable. He used layman’s terms when necessary, so I could fully comprehend what was going on. He even went so far as to explain why the condition he suspects, is named what it is. He used some of his free time to find simple medical diagrams, to better help me understand, everything. Since he wasn’t 100% sure what was going on with my hand, he had no problem sending me somewhere else to get a test. He and his staff seem to really care, not just about my ailments, but how it is and will impact my life. Thank you very much.

I went to Dr. Rovak to treat my tendonitis. I found him to be exceedingly competent, very through, cautious in his treatment decisions (which I really appreciated), and personable as well. He ended up doing surgery on my wrist, and I was exceptionally pleased with the results. The pain that I had for so long in my wrist, is continuing to decrease, after the surgery, and also is decreasing, now that I'm working with one of the Occupational Therapists there. (Who happen to be wonderful too.) I would highly recommend Dr. Rovak to anyone having hand or wrist pain or issues. Dr. Rovak's expertise, skill, and competence will most definitely not disappoint.

So far so good in this process. The only discomfort was the shot in my hand. The procedure took about as long as projected. Key now is the physical therapy. The therapists have been great. I’m progressing at the pace they think I should be. It’s on me to do therapy at home. Dr Rovak is okay with approving additional therapy sessions if I feel the need. I’ll judge based on being able to snuggly tie my shoes and button the collar of a shirt - practical goals.

I visited Dr Rovak regarding the contracture of a finger. I found him to be informative and helpful in his examination and recommendation of treatment. I feel confident the outcome will be as positive as my visit with Dr Rovak.

I had a very unique injury; arrow through the hand. Dr Rovak took the time to understand my concerns and offer solutions. Got my tendon repaired, removed shrapnel, and explained any potential problems that might arise through physical therapy. Was able to fit me in around a busy schedule, happy with the care I have received so far!

Amazing! I have Rheumatoid arthritis and nerve issues, I couldn’t even move Two of my fingers. I move all my fingers and can ope and close my hand freely with no pain! Some PT and follow ups are professional yet comfortable to ask any questions to Dr. Rovak. He’s remarkable and he was my third hand and wrist Doctor, wouldn’t go to anyone else.

Wow. I have never felt more talked down to and disrespected as when I talked to Dr. Rovak as the on-call doctor at Hand Surgery Associates. I called because I was having a concern post-operatively and was advised to call the on-call doctor, by the nurses, if my condition changed. When I called, he was dismissive and claimed to 'not know what surgery had been done' immediately after I told him the exact procedure that I had. He continued to dismiss my concern and only offered 'well go to the ER or urgent care if you want.' He said 'well since the office is not open, I cannot help you.' Literally, that is what your responsibility is as the on-call doctor. Horrible bedside manner and super condescending - stay away from this doctor.

Amazing doctor/surgeon and supporting staff. Followed all instruction and my recovery couldn’t have gone better. Staff was always available to answer questions/field concerns when I had them.

Dr Rovak is very knowledgeable and is direct and honest with his opinions for possible treatments. Being on schedule and always very personable is a plus!!

Dr Rovak is an excellent hand surgeon; he examined my left wrist which had a partial tear of a ligament which did not require surgery; rather OT and an steroid injection to relieve pain.

Quick and precise. Diagnosed my problem. Administered relief and gave me possible long term solutions in under an hour.

Dr. Rovak was very helpful and knowledgeable. He educated me on possible ways to approach the issue and made himself available for a future date/assessment.

My visit with Dr. Rovak was awesome, he was concerned about my hand regarding my joint pain. He gave me an exam and provided some suggestion.

Dr. Rovak knows what's going on to fix the problem. He knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he entered the room and saw my hand.

Dr. Rovak makes a point of explaining in detail what to expect with your procedure, both pluses and minuses. So there are no surprises.

The entire staff is AMAZING. We even had a laugh about how I injured myself ????Everything was explained clearly. They made sure I knew what to expect.
