My name is Art Moreno, I wrote a not so complimentary review about Dr. Roos, and I was wrong, It was not his fault that my problem could not be relieved. I have looked for the old post to remove it, but could not find it. I have nothing negative to say about the man, my problem still exists but I have found out it cannot be fixed! I apologize to a good man!

In October 2020 I started having ear problems/discomfort and between then and January 2021 was seen 4 different times at a few different urgent care facilities. I was given a referral to see Dr. Roos and was scheduled for February at which time I lost almost 100% of my hearing in both ears, and was in constant pain plus ringing in my ears was driving me mad since that was the only sound I could hear. On my very first visit his nurse assistant was absolutely the kindest, caring and thorough as she went over all my information. Dr. Roos diagnosed my situation and I was offered immediate relief as he started to work on my first ear tears came flowing from my eyes, not from pain but from relief and hearing clear sound that I hadn't heard in months. This community is EXTREMLEY fortunate to have Dr. Roos as a ENT specialist in Tulare County and I would rate him MORE stars if they were available. TOP NOTCH care & skill & recommend him to anyone and EVERYONE!

So unprofessional, definitely should not be in this field. But that doesn't matter, because he's the "doctor"

I’ve been seeing Dr. Roos and his staff for almost 2 years now they are always so kind and super helpful with getting you in ASAP with a nose emergency best ENT in town!!!

Waiting time was longer than usual...about 15min in the exam room. None the less, Dr. Roos took all the time I needed, including an unscheduled ear wax removal! Dr. Roos was very professional, friendly and patient.

From checking in, friendly sincere representative checked me in, nice smile, Doctors assistant is so kind, explains all details of my procedure. The Doctor is very informative, looks me in eye and explains diagnosis and future care. Highly recommend this Speciality Clinic,

There is a huge difference between the experience that I’ve had with other ENT Drs, and Dr Roos. Not only does Dr Roos show great knowledge in his field, but he also shows great interest in caring for his patients!

Dr Roos and the staff at Spokane Valley ENT were fantastic from the first visit all the way through surgery and recovery. I highly recommend this office to anyone needing sinus surgery etc. They treat you like family.

Just had my adenoids removed, eustation tube dilation and tubes put in my ears. I am still a little dizzy from the anesthesia but other than that I instantly feel better. My ears don’t hurt and I can hear!!! 3 weeks ago I was told by another doc I needed hearing aids. So I went to Dr Roos for his opinion and here we are. He listened, looked and treated me with the best care. His staff is wonderful too. They are always kind and the day surgery nurses took such good care of me. I wouldn’t put my ears or hearing in anyone else’s hands. They all truly care and are willing to get things done promptly. Thank you Dr Roos and staff. You are amazing at what you do. Dr. Roos and his staff are, and always have been incredibly nice, compassionate, and never make you feel rushed. Dr. Roos is very knowledgeable! I myself, have had 2 surgeries, on my ears, and much help with my vertigo. I have and continue to recommend Dr. Roos to everyone with any ENT issues! Thank you, to him and his team!

I had suffered for decades with sinus headaches and infections. I chose to consult with Dr. Roos (after reading the many very positive reviews) about possible treatment. I found Dr. Roos to listen intently to my history of sinus issues. After a thorough exam, including the subsequent CT scan of my sinuses, he recommended I consider surgery as an option. Dr. Roos performed the surgery in late Feb 2020. The surgery and after care went well, with no discomfort. I can finally breath through both nostrils and so far very pleased with the outcome...no sinus issues so far. I highly recommend Dr. Roos, who is an excellent doctor and surgeon, takes time and listens to his patients, and sincerely cares about a successful outcome for his patients. He is really personable as well. (I was sad that he relocated his practice from Washington to California.)

After years of sinus infections decided to see ENT. Was so pleased with I met Dr. Roos. He listened well to my issues, completed his thorough exam, and suggested a plan of action. Had Sinonasal airway surgery in April. The surgery went well, with no issues during recovery. After having constant sinus infections I’m so pleased that I haven’t had any issues thus far and I can now breath through my nose! Dr. Roos was very kind, listened well, and came up with a plan that worked. In these times, which demand that providers have very short, quick appointments, he was refreshing.

Dr. Roos was professional, great at explaining detail to my care and future treatment . Friendly staff, and the facility is very clean and viable. I’ll see this doctor for future care.

Dr. Rios was very informative and took the time to explain my issues. He listens to get a true understanding of the whole picture. He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease. He is doing follow up with more test's so that my issue can be resolved and I can put this behind me.

I had a lot of health problems over a period of two years and was unaware I had a deviated septum and serious chronic sinus infection, but Dr. Roos discovered it. Dr. Roos performed my wife's tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy. He did a very good job. No post-op complications. He listened to our concerns and made sure she had all the meds needed to get through recovery. We definitely recommend him to any else having to do adult tonsillectomy/adenoidectomy.

I had nasal obstruction issues and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Roos. I had the best patient experience from start to finish. Dr. Roos performed a septoplasy, inferior turbinate reduction and lateral valve repair. Dr. Roos exceeded my expectations. My recovery was quick and painless with very little post-op bleeding. I was even able to make it to my son’s graduation the day after surgery. My breathing feels amazing and I am very happy with the results. My pre-operative and post-operative appointments with Dr. Roos were extremely consultative. He took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. Dr. Roos has been a godsend to my family. We’ve been seeing him for almost 2 years for my son that suffered from chronic ear infections. Getting ear tubes and having his adenoids removed completely changed my child and our family dynamic. I had a visit with an ENT for the exact same thing a year earlier, but could not follow up on the needed tests at that time. Started the whole process over with Roos and without enough information he jumped to a diagnosis that doesn't fit the symptoms and is ignoring what doesn't fit his diagnosis. Not only did the office visit cost much higher, but the lyrengoscopy cost OVER TWICE as much as another office's a year before. I then had imaging done and was contacted and told that everything was as expected. I asked for a copy of the report and when I read it IT CONTRADICTS HIM COMPLETELY. Not only that, but his office cannot tell me what the costs of the procedure would be until after the surgery. I have been trying for over a month to get the information and his office is so inept that they cant see that if you take a procedure, times it by the 20% copay, add it so another procedure and times it again by 20% that you will have the wrong price because the first procedure would have been multiplied by 20% twice! Worst yet, when asking about the costs, I was given 3 different prices in the same call for the same procedure, 889, then 1400, then 1125 (1400 was what they charge, 1125 is what insurance will allow, and they have no idea where they got the 889 from....) I have no idea what Roos's skills are as a surgeon, but his diagnostic skills suck and I'm worried his staff will end up costing me thousands in the end from being inept. I had issues breathing due to an old injury. Dr. Roos was personable, competent, and professional. I was quickly scheduled for my first ever surgery and thanks to him, it was a breeze! Would highly recommend.

Can't say enough. I've had problems with my sinuses since I was a kid and developed polyps. I haven't been able to breathe through my nose in years, but now sleep soundly through the night. Dr. Roos was knowledgeable and very communicative about what to expect every step of the way. And I could breathe immediately, the day of the surgery, better than I had in more than 10 years. My experience with Dr. Jason Roos has been phenomenal. Over the last two years I have had two surgeries performed by him: a balloon sinuplasty and a tonsillectomy. He is unlike other doctors because he treats surgery as a last resort. He explores every other option and tries every other alternative before resorting to surgery. I was extremely thankful for this because by the time I ended up on the operating table I was completely confident that is was the only option left to cure me. In both cases, surgery was the cure. My care after surgery was fantastic as well. He made sure everything was healing beautifully and referred me to other specialists to ensure I wouldn’t get sick again. Highly recommended!! Dr. Roos has a great attitude about what he does and helps you to understand your problem. I had an old injury to my nose and had frequent sinus infections. Not only was my surgery handled quickly, but I did what he said to do and it it healed very quickly. What a great Dr.

I went to see Dr. Roos when I developed bilateral tonsillitis. I was very concerned and had a lot of questions. Dr. Roos took time with me during my exam to listen to me and answer all of my questions. Luckily I was able to avoid surgery and recovered. I went back for a check up and Dr. Roos once again took time with me to make sure all of my questions were answered. He was genuinely interested in my concerns and well-being. Took 15 yr old granddaughter in with a cyst on the inside of her lip. After over 2 months of going to dentist and oral surgeons they finally recommended an ENT due to the location. By this time it was hugh and very distressing to a teenager. We went in for a consultation and he was able to take it out the same day! He and his nurse understood the angst this type of thing can cause a child. We were so grateful for his kind, quick, and skilled response. Highly recommend him.

Dr. Roos is really a great person! He is so personable and takes the time to help you to understand. I was scheduled for surgery rather quickly, and on the way to recovery in a very short amount of time. He did a great job on my deviated septum as now I can breathe with no complications. I am so thankful for Dr. Roos. He’s friendly and informative and you can tell he genuinely cares. I had a chronic sinusitis issue for 6 months along with a deviated septum which prevented me from breathing through my mouth my entire life. I’m 2 1/2 weeks out from surgery and I feel amazing! I highly recommend him. He’s unlike any doctor I’ve experienced because he listens and truly takes pride in his work and his patients.

Dr. Roos removed part of my thyroid due to a large nodule that was inconclusive on the biopsy for cancer. He did a fabulous job on the surgery and was very conscience of making my scar as small as possible. He is very professional and takes time to explain everything.

Dr. Roos took the time to explain procedures and answer any questions I or my family members had. He was very positive about every aspect of my procedure and follow-ups. Every appointment went smoothly and I never felt like I was being rushed into making a decision about treatments.

I'm so excited to finally have a GREAT DOCTOR to help me with my very serious sinusitis issues. I have had 15 surgeries over the 23 years I've been dealing with this problem. I have had about 9 different doctors in 3 states trying to find a way to get control of my issues with the major problem that I have. I also have been on 15 mg of prednisone daily for the last 23 or so years. I'm finally getting to reduce the steroids down to 3.75 mg daily. No one else has been able to help me like Dr Roos!

Dr Jason Roos DO is an excellent doctor. I had a problem on my lower eye lid and he surgically removed it for me. Really great work and you can't even see a scar. Spokane WA is extremely lucky to have a great doctor like this in the area. He is respectful, professional and one of Spokane's best doctors. So glad I was referred to him from my primary physician. My wife and I are truly amazed with him. I also had a sinus issue that my other doctor has been trying to fix for years, Dr Roos 1st try!

Dr. Roos was very knowledgeable of my sons condition which was previously miss diagnosed. His surgery was flawless.I could not have been happier with the process especially with a mothers nerves. I highly recommend Dr. Roos for his knowledge, explanation, and surgical technic.

Dr. Roos was an amazing Doctor . He walked me through my procedure step by step, explaining each thing before it happened, making me feel as if I was his only patient for the day. He was kind, knowledgable, skilled and had just a twist of humor. Highly, highly recommended!!!!

Dr. Roos has been taking care of my son since he was about 14 months old. He is great with my son, and takes the time to ask how he's doing, and how his health has been. Dr. Roos explains every exam in detail to me so I know exactly what will be done to my son. I highly recommend him as an ENT for children!

I suffered from chronic sinusitis for over 8 months and was treated unsuccessfully by 3 physicians before being referred to Dr. Roos. He correctly diagnosed and treated my condition and from my initial visit to now, approximately 3 months later I have progressively improved. I have total confidence in the treatment plan he has prescribed for me. I highly recommend Dr. Roos!

I went to DR Roos for my Nose surgery on 10/7/16 to fix one side 98% blocked, it was extensive since bone had to be removed to clear the blockage. Just had stints removed today one week later and No black eyes or extensive swelling or extreme pain afterwords. DR Roos explained everything in detail for the procedure before and after the surgery. I can give DR Roos the highest recommendation you can offer, he is a triple A surgeun . If you need to see a ENT Doctor please give him a chance

I've had sinus issues a couple yrs then several wks inability to breathe, as well as constant blinding headaches for 20 yrs. Dr Roos assigned me a course of treatment which immediately began making a difference in my breathing. Truthfully, I was miserable for a week, but am now amazed at restored breathing, with an astonishing side benefit: I have not needed any of my strong pain med for my head for a full week! Dr Roos is my hero & I am beyond words grateful, & give the highest recommendation

Jason Roos found that my daughter had a hole in her eardrum and he was able to repair that while by patching it with tissue from behind her ear. He was very attentive and caring when dealing with us and our questions/concerns. He is one of the best doctors I've met. I have three children. And he's the best when it comes to children. Dr. Roos is kind and professional. My sinus' are better but at 1000.00 a minute I think I should have been warned of the cost of breathing better.

Dr. Roos was very open and honest when it came to determining my issue and subsequent care. He is thorough, attentive, and empathetic.

First of all, Dr. Roos listens to the patient, second he is thorough in his examination, third he uses both patient information and his own examination to develop a thorough and informed diagnosis. Finally, Dr. Roos is thorough in his follow-up visits. Dr. Roos is a patient oriented physician and I highly recommend his professional service.

My recent experience with Dr. Roos was excellent. I was skeptical of my dermatologist sending me to the ENT office for removal of a cancerous birthmark on my scalp. So I asked Dr. Roos why he does scalp surgery if he is an ENT doctor and he explained that his title also includes plastic surgery of the face, neck and scalp. I knew my case was a bit unusual but I felt secure and confident with the care I received from Dr. Roos and the great results show he has great expertise! Thank you Dr.

I have had multiple problems with my sinuses and my ear drum rupturing, Dr Roos recommended balloon endoscopic sinus surgery. I have a great deal of improvement since. I sleep through the night, the pain and pressure is gone.I have more energy, I recommend this procedure. Great experience.

I really wish I could have Dr. Roos as my primary physician. He's a fantastic doctor. For the last year I was having difficulty breathing through my nose as well as recurrent bloody noses. After my first appointment I found out that my septum was deviated and that the best course of action was a septoplasty. I'm not writing this after having my splints taken out a week after my surgery and I can say for certain I haven't breathed this well in a long time. I can't recommend him enough.
