Dr. Jason D Parker

I HAVE personally been a patient of Dr. Parker in both definitions of the word. A patient seeking help with fertility, and starting a family, and being patient with the process and the way that I was being treated and the amount of neglect I was put through. I never had a problem with the Doctor, until I was treated so unfairly by the staff. After bringing up several incidents to him about his staff, for over the year that I was going, I then got set up with a phone call appointment with him to discuss further care with the facility, and HE BAILED on the over the phone appointment HE set up!! I was never contacted by anyone of his cancellation. When I asked why his EMERGENCY was never communicated to me, by a staff member letting me know he couldn't make it, he and the office manager stated that "they do not have anyone that cancels the appointments if the doctor has an emergency." I do not know about anyone else but I have never heard of a clinic in that field of work, where the Doctor can just bail and nobody has the responsibilty to let the patient know that the appointment had to be cancelled. If anyone reading this would like to know what I went through with the staff, or Danika or the office manager, I have left a review for the Utah Fertility Clinic as a whole, as well. I have not personally been a patient of Dr. Parker but have seen the insensitivity to a friend who was a patient. I would just like to say, Your line of work is an incredibly intensive, emotional, personal, live changing opportunity and if you and your staff do not have the time, human decency or common courtesy to give the special care needed to each and everyone of your patients throughout the entire process no matter what the outcome, DO NOT accept more patients.
