I have 100% confidence in Dr Goebel and all of his staff. Everyone in courteous and helpful. I always get my questions answered.

Dr. Goebel has a very pleasant manner when greeting us. He explains in detail, how he treats the information he receives on my heart that is monitored and advises what possibly could take place in the future. He doesn't want you to leave with unanswered questions, nor do you feel rushed. I give him 5 stars!

I chose Dr. Goebel when I moved here almost 8 years ago from Kansas. I have a pacemaker/defibrillator. I wasn't sure what to do so I Google heart doctors and I was impressed with Dr. Goodroe who then connected me with Dr. Goebel. Dr. Goebel recently changed my battery and he made sure I was well taken care of. He is very professional and caring. I trust him with my heart. ❤️

Such a knowledgeable and compassionate EP. I travel over 4 hours to be seen by Dr. Goebel and within 3 months he changed my quality of life, gave me hope, and lifted years of fog by listening to my symptoms and treating me like a human! Dr. Goebel explained all my options with my current ICD and made simple adjustments that have changed my life in such a positive way. He also explained my complete condition and made sure I understood. The entire staff are so kind and everyone has their ducks in a row. He is definitely worth the drive-I feel like I owe him much more than a positive review. I’m so thankful for this office and the wonderful care of Dr. Goebel!!

Dr. Goebel is great, takes time to explain things. Nurses are very nice and friendly. Love these guys.

Dr Goebel took the fear out of me having this surgery it was explained in full detail he has a wonderful personality all the people I Dealt with that day were great ill have to tell Jimmy how good Dr Goebel was I would like to have the recipe for making sloppy Joe's as the person in the surgery room was talking about during Surgery.

We decided to be snowbird’s in Myrtle Beach. Little did we know that we both would be at the Grand Strand Medical Center Er, separately. My experience was I fainted on the beach at 7:15 am walking my dog. To the ER, immediately doing an EKG. Problem….BP is 40/60 I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Jason Goebel and his team. What a team…compassionate, pleasant, knowledgeable, competent, and Dr. Goebel funny at the same time serious. By 8:00 that night I had a pacemaker. How do I feel? Grateful. Thank you Dr. Goebel to you and your staff. Plus the Grand Strand is a 5 star hospital.

I receive unrushed, completely explained directions and/or suggested procedures to improve my health and quality of life. I love Dr. Goebel’s entire staff and would not ever go anywhere else. Dr Goebel Rocks!!!

I drove up from homosassa Florida to meet with Dr Goebel because l was told that he was the best and most reliable man in his field I was not disappointed. He spent over an hour with me reviewing issues with by pacemaker and general heart condition. He answered all my questions and reviewed my options and made recommendations. I am 81 years old and have been a cardiac patient 21 years and never had such positive and productive experience with and other cardiologist.

Been seeing Jason for many years (at least 10) and visit his office every three months, he and his staff are wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. However. I don't understand why I have to continually fill out paperwork when I visit every three months. If something changes I'll let whoever needs to know, know. Isn't my info in your computers?

Your automated appointment calendar does not work. We got to within 5 minutes of the appointment, called to check address, and was told that there was no appt. They said this is problem with their system. I think so. I got off work, and made the trip to the office to find out there was no appt. I like dr Goebel but this is a major problem. .

Professional, through, complete concerned about your heart and takes time to inform you.

still waiting for results three days after my ekg to determine if procedure worked to stop my AFIB!

My father had a recent cardiac arrest (v-fib). The attending physician at Grand Strand saw him for five minutes on his worst day (nausea) and immediately recommended palliative care. Dr. Goebel and Dr Patel said they believed he could have a complete recovery. Dr. Goebel installed a v-fib device and month later he's had a complete recovery. I realize human beings don't have a magic box that tells you what's wrong with them and how to fix it, but to go from a recommendation of palliative care to belief in complete recovery is a wide delta. Thanks Dr. Goebel and Patel for being firm in your opinion-it *greatly* helped decide how to proceed and gave my father many more years of quality life. I've been looking for a place to thank you and a public forum seems the most useful. Thanks for the work you do. I know it doesn't always work out and you can't always offer that kind of hope, but for us, the fact that you had it and shared it made all the difference in the world.

He is a bully and prescribes electrophysiology devices like a car a salesman, a device for every one, whether you need it or not. Just go to one of " cardio care" meetings, paid for by device makers, and he'll tell you what you need, just like Spock on StarTrek!

Dr. Goebel is very down to earth when trying to correct your problem. And also did not cut my visit short as most medical specialist do. Advised me of options available and recommended what would be the most effective for me.

I can not say enough positive things about this office from the front office staff to the nurses and techs to the doctors. They made us feel special . They took the time to understand my husband's problem, listened to our questions, came up with the best plan for him and made use feel so confident. Dr. GOEBEL is great.

Dr. Goebel is a straight shooter(pardon the pun)he takes the time to wander all questions and give advise not an opinion as long as he is at GSR you will find me at GSR.

My only problem was they moved and never notified me. Had an appointment on 1-7-20, went to old office only to see sign on door , moved 12-30-19 to new address. PS: Dr. Truluck also moved to this new address.

My experience with Dr Goebel was very satisfactory! He was not rushed , explained things well, was not pompous or condescending in any way ! I think he is a very good doctor and would highly recommend him.

In my opinion, Dr. Goebel is the best electrophysiologist in the Grand Strand area!

What can one say? Dr. Goebel was knowledgeable, made me feel at ease and I can only say the same about the staff. I could not ask for better treatment and understanding. Dr. Goebel and Grand Strand Cardiovascular exceeded my expectation and I thank them all so much.

From the time I entered the Hospital for my surgery, I was made to feel comfortable and well taken care of. Registration was seamless. When I was taken back to get prepared, the nurses were exceptional. They were professional. They made me feel comfortable. They truly knew their job a d did it well. After being prepped, Dr Goebel visited and had great bedside manner. He was very thorough in his discussion about every aspect of the surgery. He totally relieved my anxieties. When he was done I had a thorough understanding a out the procedure a f felt like I was in very professional and capable hands. I appreciated Dr. Gobel's pre-surgery visit.

Dr Goebel is terrific! Is very bright, yet down to earth. His offices are friendly and his staff a reflection of their leadership.

At 80 years of age, I have met and been treated by many physicians. I can think of none that I trust more than Dr. Goebel and the group at Grand Strand. Dr. Goebel is warm and friendly and genuinely concerned for his patients. He answered most of my questions about my replacement pacemaker even before I thought to ask them. I sincerely recommend him and his staff to anyone needing excellent cardiac care.

Follow up visit on test results. I have been extremely pleased with the care I have rec'd from Dr Goebel and his staff and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Dr Goebels was kind, explained everything clearly and did a great job. Everyone at a Grand Strand was amazing and they were very organized given the situation with the pandemic.

Dr Goebel explained what was going on with me in detail in terms that were easily understood. His manner and attention to my needs was excellent.

a routine visit to take device data and to review device and heart performance. Dr G and all staff were courtious at all times and thoroughly explained the meaning of the data (including how much time left before replacement of batteries) and other potential adjustments. they were all well informed and patient when explaining the update of my condition. in summary a great physian (and staff); one who reflects credit upon themselves and their hospital.

I had an appointment during the pandemic and I was a little uneasy about keeping it. After weighing the pros and cons I figured it was more important to keep it. I was relieved to see a medical professional at the front entrance to screen every person entering the building. I was even more relieved to see the waiting room set up so there would be more than adequate physical distancing between all who were waiting to see a doctor. Clients were called in separately with enough time between each so there was no chance of anyone accidentally getting close. All personal were wearing protective gear. When I saw Dr. Gospel he took excellent care to answer all my questions and address all my concerns, related to both my ongoing reason to see him and any inquiries regarding this virus. I have been a patient of Dr. Gospel for a number of years. I credit him with me being around to even write this. He has been with me every step of the way. I highly recommend him and his staff for their knowledge

Outstanding staff, friendly answered all my questions. Time spent with Dr. Goebels was very impressive. I had many questions the procedure suggested was detailed to me. I felt very confident about the upcoming procedure. The procedure was completed several weeks ago and I am so much better. Very grateful to this practice!

Dr. Goebel, his nurse practitioners and the staff and nurses in the cardiac practice of the Grand Strand hospital are providing outstanding medical care. Dr. Goebel takes all the time one needs and explains in detail the medical issues and the options how to deal with those. His and the staff’s professionalism create a calming and secure environment for the patients.

Dr. Goebel had reviewed my entire heart health history before my appointment and spent an hour with me explaining what was going on with my afib situation in my heart. He pointed out that Tikosyn was no longer working and that I should stop taking it. He told me what to expect from the changes and that he would adjust my metoprolol accordingly. I stopped taking the Tikosyn and my pulse rate went up. He adjusted the metoprolol and my heart rate came back to normal. The change saved me $150 per month and I feel great. Can't beat a Doctor that can do that and is willing to spend the time to help me.

We are very impressed with Dr. Goebel. He and his staff are professional and caring. He also has a great sense of humor which helps putting someone at ease. He and the staff take the time to listen and than answer questions. I highly recommend Dr. Goebel.

Dr. Goebel and his PA's have been proactive in my treatment, which I find rare in today's medical fields. He is an excellent doctor who I feel genuinely cares about his patients. He takes time to listen & answer questions.

He operates on the "bully" factor and threatens and try's to intimidate patients into his procedures. He is overburdened with patients and may make suggestions without due diligence on the patient history. Find a doctor that heals the patient first.

Dr. Goebel was cordial, friendly, thorough and gave me all the time I needed to ask questions and get answers. I do plan to switch over to his care as I get closer to moving down here.

I have been a patient of Dr Goebel's for 8 years now. I had to have a pacemaker at age 50 for arrhythmia's. I have Sick Sinus Syndrome. Without Dr Goebel's extensive knowledge on this subject I would have had to travel the state to seek state of the art care that he provides me. I have a better life because of Dr Goebel's fast detection in the reason I was passing out. Great physician and truly cares about each patient.

Dr. Goebel was my electrophysiologist during a critical time in my cardiology care. His honest and thoughtful responses were genuinely appreciated. In addition, his knowledge and manner were second to none. If I had not relocated, I would have been happy to have Dr. Goebel as my EP the remainder of my life.

A very informative visit with a doctor who showed that he truly cares fir the well being of his patients. Could not have been pared with a better doctor. Enlightened me of my situation and calmed my fears. Could not be more pleased with a doctor.

Dr. Goebels is affectionately referred to as my "electrical guy" by my Cardiologist Dr. Mark Karavan. Dr. Goebels is a first rate healthcare professional. He did a cardiac ablation procedure on me and the results have been terrific. With the grace of God, no recurring AFib.

I found Dr. Goebel through online research and a family member's recommendation who was already under his care. I had the occasion to be under his care myself this year for surgery and he and his team took incredible care of me! His reputation precedes him and rightly so; it’s well deserved! I highly recommend Dr. Goebel. He is the King of his craft!
