Dr. Jason Moss Fritzhand

I just left his office after waiting 1.5 hours to be seen. I had to cancel and leave because I did not anticipate waiting so long for a check-up visit. This is not the first time he was incapable of maintains a timely schedule.

Never showed up to my video visit! My in-person appointment was converted to a video visit the day before. I begrudgingly took the video appointment because the next available in person was more than a month away. (Despite booking my appointment for in-person more than 3 weeks in advance, the office told me he never sees patients in person on Friday afternoons!! So explain to me why it was booked as in person?!?!). After 50 minutes of waiting, the office was still trying to locate him and suggested I keep holding. Super unprofessional. I’m sure he was in traffic on the way to the Hamptons while I sat waiting for him to log in. Don’t see this guy. I will not be rescheduling. Read the other reviews, he doesn’t value a patient’s time. Waste of time. He never showed up for my video visit. His office converted my in person visit to video less than 24 hours before the appointment. I waited 50 minutes for him, the office “couldn’t reach him” and told me to keep waiting. Unprofessional.

My PCP!! Referred me to Dr.Fritzhand my very first visit he was very professional he listens to my medical issues he was hands on and very gentle and I look forward to many more visits with this very patient doctor

I’ve seen Dr Fritzhand on several occasions and he has been knowledgeable, helpful, straightforward and best of all, responsive to my medical condition. He listened to me and treated me appropriately and responded to me on the portal expeditiously. In addition, he recommended a specific type of physical therapy for my scoliosis that has been very helpful. I’m very happy to have him as my doctor.

Had an excellent experience meeting Dr.Fritzhand. A great listener- a very patient and soft spoken doctor. He was not rushing and gave me a thorough examination. As he was leaving he reminded me to pls call his office if I had any further questions once starting the treatment he recommended. He showed interest and offered a course of action. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Fritzhand and I thought he was the consummate professional. He spent a lot of time listening to my concerns, conducting tests, was very knowledgeable and gave me great advice and sound next steps.

Dr. Fritzhand is a very caring and understand doctor. I have been pain free for 2 years. I would highly recommend him..

Told my friend she probably has a herniated disc in her lower back, then refused to order an MRI for her because "We've spent too much money on you." Is the money coming out of HIS pocket??

Hope that anyone who considers this practitioner looks at his reviews on Vitals first. Commonly refuses service, overcharges and fails to diagnose patients. Save your time and money. AVOID!

Doctor Fritzhand is the kindest and most caring doctor. He listens carefully and provides options, and allows the patient to pick uninvasive solutions as desired. I only regret that he has changed his office from this location to Langone medical center (New York university), so it is a little harder to make an appointment now. But he is still the best to come up with great solutions and offer genuinely caring treatment. Doctor Fritzhand is the kindest and most caring doctor. HUGE MISTAKE!! Do yourself a favor and pick another Dr. Unprofessional and callous. Obviously more concerned with a monetary bottom line than with patient's health.

I saw Dr Fritzhand on December 14, 2017 at the NYU location on West 52nd Street. He listened to all I said, examined me, answered my questions, showed me on the imaging exactly where/what the issue was, gave me choices as to what treatment approaches there were and the pro's and con's of each option. Bottom line; I was very happy with Dr. Fritzhand.

Doctor Fritzhand is the kindest and most caring doctor. He listens carefully and provides options, and allows the patient to pick uninvasive solutions as desired. He also makes him self very available to answer questions, not just in the office but also by email or phone calls. I read some of the other reviews, and there was a period when he just moved into the NYU office where administrative misteps occurred by his staff, but much of that is resolved now. Doctor Fritzhand is the best.

Never. Provided unsatisfactory treatment. Had to visit a chiropractor afterwards - still got charged over $500 by him for no diagnosis. Does not know what he's talking about, DO NOT VISIT.

The level of unprofessionalism I experienced with this doctor was astounding. Although I arrived early to my appointment as recommended, the doctor was not on time. In fact he was over an hour late. His examination was perfunctory and he failed to identify the cause of my injury. He sent me for tests with a promise to contact me within a few days. He didn't. When I contacted his office they said he would call me back. He didn't. I called again. Again they assured he would contact me, never did.

I've met with Mr Fitzhand twice, he did not have the MRI results ready and handy, while they were faxed to him already, I had to convince him to go check if his staff did receive them; his comments on the results were vague. Also, he lies, I left several messages with his staff so he could call me, and after 9 days he called, and said he received 1 message. One of his staff admitted to me that someone was lying, and that Mr Fitzhand does have access to all his messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM
