Dr. Carter is the BEST! He truly cares about you and asks good questions and is gentle.

Dr Carter is fine. I don’t think he knows about the work his manager, Sherrie, does. Her lack of returning calls and doing what she says she going to do has affected my financial status. I would never again rely on her for financial situations in that or any other office.

Dr. Carter and his staff listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. All the financial arrangements were itemized up front and I knew exactly what my dental care would cost. They were gentle in their treatment and full service with the types of dental options available.

Dr Carter and staff have been great. I have been to the office three times now. This last week I had a filling and he was efficient and so good as to explain what he was doing and what to expect afterwards. I was concerned at first with his delay in getting to me past my appointment time, but he had a couple of very detailed procedure prior to me. I would want him to do the same for me. So all good. Thanks.

A little disappointed that My broken partial was not fixed. Thought this was a full service dentist. Other than that everyone was great, professional especially Hannah, my Dental Hygienist.

Since I was there I have given my visit lots of thought and If I could go back, I definitely would not have the bone graft done. I feel like it wasn't something absolutely necessary and you might say $800 down the drain when I didn't have it and should have put that money on other needed dental work that I need. I feel it was just more of a money making opportunity. It was almost like I didn't have a choice that he made it sound it was necessary but if I had it to go over I wouldn't do it!

Nice experience. However I do not like to be referred to as "Miss Mary." I am too young for that. I prefer to be called by my nickname "Mickey." I realize I did not list that name on the application I filled out.

I had a great experience. Dr. Carter was easy to talk to and very thorough. Ashley took care of me throughout the visit and she was amazing! I will definitely be requesting her for my follow up visits. Ashley was knowledgeable, professional, & friendly. This was my first visit to the Thomasville Road Dental Care office and after the experience I had I will not go to any other dentist.

The staff at this practice are the worst. They are rude to customers both in-person and on the phone. When I first starting going to this practice they were nice, then over the past several months that have replaced the office staff with what appears to be temp workers. I would not recommend going to this office unless you are going for only one procedure. Anything more than that and good luck getting friendly staff.

That was the most horrible dental experience in my life! I came in to get a lost filling replaced and they wanted to give me a crown instead...which my current insurance coverage doesn’t cover. I asked for a filling to last until I could get the added coverage; the dentist offered to fill it with resin. There was NO numbing; my tooth was VERY sensitive to cold, and he just proceeded to rinse it (cold), air dry it (cold), and then fill it with resin (very painful!!!). I will NEVER go here again!!

Dr. Carter and Hannah were great. There was miscommunication with the front desk staff about payment, and I ended in paying more, which no one would be happy about.

Everyone is very friendly and kind at this office. The Dental work is excellent. The staff know what they are doing.

This was the 1st time that I have visited this Office & know one looks forward to going to the Dentist but, I was Impressed with everything so for. Everyone was so Nice & Friendly, everything was very clean also. I had my teeth cleaned & X-Rayed & both Doctors answered all of my questions about my visit & kept me informed of all costs for now & for my future visit to come.. The only thing missing was a Child Changing Table in the Bathroom, incase I have my children with me. I recommend them !!!
