I have been going to Dr. Campbell and Dr. Farnsworth for several years. They are so professional and caring, I would recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent dentist.

Went in for a routine dental cleaning, but the Hygienist Melissa found a problem, Dr Gunner came in and they did a thorough exam, everyone from receptionist Michele (super welcoming) Rocky the dental assistant to Dr Grimmer were so friendly!! They explained in detail step by step, really appreciated how kind they all were! Would definitely recommend this dental office,Thank You!

Professional team and kind doctor and nurse!!

First off one of the best office visits I've ever experienced that alone is saying tons. Staff very accommodating from the moment of scheduling to having my first procedure done. Dr. Grimmer was fantastic! He explained my options in great detail. I was expecting the worst (root canal and a crown going in) Eek! Once he started the procedure it was clear a filling was all that was needed. He definitely values integrity over profit and it shows (He's a Rockstar) Dental assistant Shirley was so helpful, understanding to my needs, and equally amazing. (Couldn't of done it without her) her words very comforting. I felt so at ease with them both. I feel I've found the perfect fit for my dentistry needs. Thank you again Pro Solutions! Thanks very much to Doctor Farnsworth for removing for 30+ year Titanium implant. Due to bone loss in my lower jaw the implant became loose. The procedure for pulling the implant was clearly explained by Doctor Farnsworth. I was sent home with written explanation for post removal healing. Thanks again! I visited Doctor Farnsworth for a follow up consult in March, 2023. A very thorough and helpful explanation by Doctor Farnsworth. I highly recommend Doctor Farnsworth and his friendly support staff!

The new location is wonderful!! The staff at Prosecution is so awesome. Feels like visiting with old friends. Melissa is the best hygienist. Very gentle and thorough. I net the new addition, Dr Grinnell. He is a perfect doctor for this practice. I have been going to Dr Farnsworth for 7 years and won't change ever!!!

Jason Campbell, DDS is the best dentist I have had my whole life! His care and concern is so sincere and he takes the time to explain his procedures. I drive all the way from Verde Valley for my appointments. His staff is excellent and very sweet. Jackie is my hygienist and makes my teeth feel great! When I walked in to Dr. Campbell’s new office, I felt like I was in an atrium.. beautifully decorated and very calming vibe. Wow!!

From the beginning, when the pleasant, efficient dental assistant got me ready, to the end, when Dr. Campbell came in and painlessly performed his magic, the procedure was over and I was good to go! Thank You!

Always an enjoyable experience, Friendly staff, great dentist, and on time

As a new patient, the care and service I received was awesome! I have not ever been to a Dentist's office that was this thorough and efficient from beginning to end.

I went to Dr. Campbell for an issue I had with another dentist. I paid upfront for my bottom overdenture and they never finished the job. They couldn’t find parts for my 20 year old implant, so they just gave up. I felt very confident that Dr. Campbell could and would help me. He gave me three options for treatment, treatment that I haven’t had done yet, but so far it looks good.

The PS new digs are clean modern with all the latest technology but what makes it a great place for dental care is the staff. Not only are they highly skilled they are warm and personable.

An almost 75 year old TOTAL "Dentaphobe," I entered the office with a broken tooth and in a whole lot of pain. I was treated with respect and humor (and even a bit of music) by those in the front office and Dr. Grimmer and his assistants in the back. He even sang while pulling what remained of my tooth! I can't believe that I actually made a follow-up appointment and hope to walk in next week... only shaking a little! Thank you all!!!

this dentist is very compassionate. They are very friendly and understand what you go through. If your fear or a pain level the front office staff is amazing. They are so awesome I recommend pro solution for all your dental needs.

This is my new dentist and since my wife liked him and she hates to go to any doctor I was convinced that it would be a good experience. They made me feel like family instead of a patient and that was awesome. My dentist forever Dr Grinner and his staff are Fabulous. God Bless them All.

DR. Grimmer did a very thorough exam, he has a great personality and is up to date on the newest technologies. The staff is great also and has great info on homeopathic remedies for acid reflux and other health situations.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Campbell for several years now and I can’t tell you how happy I am with what he has been able to do for me. The people in the office are great as well. You can tell that they really care and want you to have the best outcome possible.

This was my First visit…. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with filling out on line forms and such. The exam and cleaning went very well and was thorough and painless. Explanations were provided along with recommended practices to improve my dental health were provided. I highly recommend Pro Solutions and DDS Grimmer.

The best dentist visit I have had in decades. From simple teeth maintenance, financial, to simple forgotten tools to use to help repair and improve my smile. Extreme anxiety, blood pressure almost gone to the hospital, they reason with great communication, positive reinforcement, joining the team to get the job complete.

Using my husband's account- but I cannot recommend this practice more. I've seen both Dr. Campbell and Dr. Grimmer and both of them are fantastic and kind. I saw Dr. Grimmer today for a filling and was a little nervous for the numbing shot and he did such a great job. He had a calming presence and I did not feel the needle at all! He and his assistant were professional, kind and funny. I am so thankful I came to Pro Solutions!

I have been coming to this practice for many, many years. Always good service, but I have never had such gentle cleaning as I had today. Very impressed. So glad they are moving to a new location.

Sometimes life presents us with hard choices. In my case recently, the loss of two teeth left me facing two undesirable alternatives: a big gap where it would be noticeable and interfere with chewing, or a partial upper denture. Implants -- the wonderful modern alternative to replace missing teeth -- was not a practical choice for me because my bone structure was insufficient to support them. So -- a denture was almost mandatory. Was I a happy camper to hear this? No. I had had a partial upper denture made previously (by another dentist, who shall remain nameless) that was never comfortable and which I wore only when absolutely necessary, removing it as soon as possible. I hated it. So when I decided I had to have Dr. Campbell make a new upper partial denture for me, I felt I destiny was forcing me into something I didn’t want. Accordingly, I wasn’t expecting a positive experience. Golly, was I surprised! The day Dr. Campbell placed the new denture in my mouth I could hardly believe how comfortable it was. It slides in easily and remains firmly seated. It looks great, works great, and that first day, I wore the denture until bedtime. I even forgot I was wearing it! So far I couldn’t be happier with my “new teeth.” My experience shows that an expert dentist who really knows what he’s doing can produce really wonderful results. Thanks, Dr. Campbell! I broke a tooth and was able to get an appointment the next day. I was seen right on time and diagnosed quickly. I decided to go with an implant to replace the tooth and got an appointment to start the process a week out. Very happy with the quick treatment.

Pro Solutions Dental Group is in my opinion, the best in everybody’s hometown dentist of Prescott. I have been going here for over seven years now, and have never been disappointed. Everyone here is professional yet so friendly. Just recently, I had an issue with my insurance/hs and the front office staff was more than happy to help me resolve it. My dentist, Dr. Farnsworth, is an excellent dentist who is patient and takes his time to explain the procedures performed.
