Unprofessional and incompetent. Great at manipulating you to spend money with no results or consistent care

I've been working with Dr. B and everyone at EPIC for nearly four years now. I've chosen to extend my care TWICE now, and I hope to continue working with them for a long time. They have turned not only my life around, but my children's lives, my husband's life, and I'm trying to get my parents on board! We live far away from Iowa City, and were worried we wouldn't be able to have as much help. We decided to risk it since we were desperate and I'm so so so glad we did. They're entirely virtual, which I didn't realize until later, so we were able to still get help. I am eternally grateful to be a part of this community. I fully, 100% recommend them to anyone seeking better care. It is expensive, but it is worth it. God bless, and thank you all

wanted to give a honest review after 1.5 years of care. I started with Epic back in October 2016 care was amazing for the first 3 months & I wish I had not purchased the 7 month plan & just done 3 months. I was given many promises & excitement about where things were going. I did EVERYTHING to a T & got amazing results. I read the books, I watched the videos. I did the work. No complaints there. I wouldnt have spent $5000 on the 7 months I would willingly have paid $1200 for what I have received, not what I paid. I watched from afar as people living in the direct area got to attend classes that I couldnt benefit from & weren't recorded to be watched later; they were offered great meal plans they could purchase from their Hy-Vee, but wasn't available at ours. We were still paying for the same care. If there were program changes (such as online/distance options that mirrored local options) then that I would be willing to take a look at the program & update that part of my review.

Very personable, can suck you in but it’s all show and no substance. Wants lots of money for very little new information. I shared information that he should have known that I found on my own. He has one plan for everyone no matter what your problem and whether you’re chronic or acute. I have gotten wonderful help from a number of alternative health providers but he was not one of them.

Dr. Bradley is passionate about helping people heal. He is always available for questions. His patient teaching is superb. He takes the time to explain why you need to do what he is advising. If you want to feel better, go see him!

Dr. Bradley has been fantastic so far. You can tell he is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate in getting to the root causes of my health problems as opposed to simply masking them (finally!). It is exciting to have someone like him with me on my health journey.

I am so grateful for Dr. Bradley and his staff for their work with me. I have only been working with him for about a month and a half, and he has figured out what is going on with my body, as well as validating that it isn't my fault, which no one has done before. I highly recommend EPIC to everyone that is struggling with any medical issues.

Dr. Bradley is the smartest and most caring doctor I've ever seen. I suffered for over 30 years with low thyroid, no energy, brain fog, and achy joints. Dr Bradley is a God send! He has helped me get my life back! Before his care and guidance I was sleeping almost 16 hours a day, taking 9 medications (five psychotropic), had brain dig so bad I couldn't remember what I ate for my last meal, and was on a quick ride to an early grave. Since meeting Dr Bradley I have gotten my life back and it is beautiful!!

They are fully invested in their clients and you will succeed if you follow the plan that is outlines specifically for you!

I have been going to Epic for about 8 months now. My goal was to get off of my medication. They helped me figure out why my body was not functioning at its full potential. Now my body is getting back on track, and we are starting to wean off of the medication. A win win for everyone! They helped me see that your body can do amazing things if you feed it correctly and give it the vital nutrients it needs to function. Your body can fix itself if you are willing to help it! Within the first minutes of my first appointment with Dr Bradley, I knew he was a different kind of Dr than I had dealt with in the past. He wanted to figure WHY I had symptoms, not just medicate my symptoms. This made sense to me, more than anything I'd ever been told in my life, and now there's no looking back!

If you're willing to do your share of the work, the Functional Medicine approach is outstanding. Dr. Bradley and his team are outstanding!

Dr. Bradley is 110% committed to seeing his patients get well. He simply LOVES helping people obtain health and wellness and equipping them to continue take care of themselves after they are well. He never quits and does whatever it takes to see you get well. Most of his patients see recovery in 6-9 months! He is simply brilliant!

I am happy that I found a doctor who listens and takes care to help my needs.

Have told lots of people who helped me get on track. It's a little expensive though.

Dr. Bradley knows how to relate to other people that are having issues. He listen to everything that the patient has to say. So far under his care my health issue isn't a problem anymore. The staff there are wonderful and helpful.

Dr. Bradley takes his time to understand you and your issues and takes an interactive approach to treating you. He is very involved and sincerely cares about you. He pushes you out of your comfort zone with treatments but, without changes to your attitude or methods you won't see success. What other mainstream Doctor cares that much about their patient? Not one that I've ever dealt with!

He is a very knowledgeable and takes a very new approach to my health problems, which I had not found else where. He offers thorough approachs, hope and compassion. I have not been as compliant with directions as I could have. I have made improvements and am grateful for that.

He is a wonderful doctor. He truly listens and cares. He will do anything he can to support your road to health.

Not a positive experience. Encourage clients to be VERY thoughtful before making be significant financial investment he requires prior to any services rendered. I spent over $5K and reaped zero benefits while in his care. Very frustrating experience.

Dr. Bradley has helped my family and myself more than I can say. Thank you.

He is the most intelligent, caring, passionate doctor in the area. Possibly in the country.
