Dr. Jason A Berkley

This is the very worst management of a physician's office. There is only one person at the front desk. The line to check in is out to the elevator. The doctor randomly refuses to see patients that are not checked on time despite the office being under staffed. Even if you are driving 2 hours yto get here. This doctor is cruel and abusive.

Very knowledgeable doctor and friendly nursing staff, but unfortunately did not receive much effective care. The receptionist and/or office manager rarely answers the phone or returns messages. When she does answer, she treats you as if you are the biggest inconvenience of her day. I cannot wait to find a new doctor.

It’s a shame that Dr. Berkley does what he does!! He sets up appointments and makes sure that their is no reminder form his office and at the same time he sets the penalty at $500 so he can take you to court. I have had 7 surgery on my neck and I had no idea when I had set my appointment since being disabled and on pain meds and an hour away from his office. I have called couple of times to find out why he is doing this with his patients as if we don’t have enough to deal with!! It’s a shame that Dr. Berkley does what he does!! Dr. Berkley is an amazing physician. He is an excellent diagnostician and very much on top of his game. He is also extremely compassionate and very personable. I went to see him seeking help for severe back pain. In addition to having chronic back pain, I was also diagnosed with severe osteoarthritis in both hips. Dr. Berkeley immediately referred me to Dr. Jason Snibbee, an orthopedic surgeon who performed bilateral surgery on my hips in July. I happy to say, my back pain is gone and I am as good as new!! I thought he was a compassionate dr so i felt I finally found someone that was going to give me answers. I drive 80 miles one way to his office. I was recently in the hospital and had alot of things going on in my life when I forgot to cancel my appointment with Dr Berkley. Next thing I found out was a bill for a missed appointment of $500. I tried calling over and over again and had no response. He may be an excellent doctor but his lack of empathy to his patients is very sad. Nothing replaces the empathy and understanding that patients need from their doctors. Whatever pains or illness the patients are experiencing it makes it 100 times worst when your doctor responses to your imperfections in such a hateful way. Doctor Berkley spent time listening to my concerns and worked with me to create the best plan for treatment. He was patient and answered all my questions. I truly appreciated his time and knowledge.

Dr. Berkley is an incredible doctor! He is very caring, knowledgeable, and helped me with a problem that I had been dealing with. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Berkley is an amazing doctor. He is compassionate, smart and would not stop until he helped me with my neck and arm pain. I recommend him without reservations.

Dr Berkley is a fantastic doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone who has spinal issues. He is extremely knowledgeable, very caring and easy to reach. He's also very easy to talk to & will answer every question. He's been my doctor for the last 8 years & treated a number of issues - all complex. When other Drs shrug their shoulders and don't know what to do - he doesn't give up. He's not afraid to try something new or think outside the box. I can't say enough good things about him!

I am a patient of Dr Berkley and he is fabulous. I had to have back and knee surgery and he was my guiding light, I had great results on both. Any questions I had after my in person appointments were promptly answered via email. I was very confident in Dr. Berkley and with good reason.

Dr. Berkley is a wonderful, compassionate, outstanding physician. He really cares, and explains everything, as well as being a super nice person. The staff is outstanding as well. I went to him in unbearable pain from an accident, and he custom prescribed a topical compound and medication to take at bedtime that has literally changed my life!
