Dr. Barnett is an excellent family doctor. I've always gotten solid medical advice and treatment. I highly recommend him and his team of PAs.

Impressive ability to diagnose. I had no idea that I had been running around with a partially collapsed lung and pneumonia. If he hadn't correctly diagnosed and ordered an xray, I could have been in a very bad situation. It isn't the first time that he has diagnosed so well. He has been spot on with diagnosis each time that I went to him. Excellent doctor. And, his physcian assistant is AWESOME!! Love Dr Barnett Very knowledgeable and has never missed diagnosed me with anything, but the Receptionist that was working the desk at 1:30 on 12/18/2019 was not very helpful at all. I was not able to keep my appointment because I did not have my insurance card but I did have my sons insurance card that has all of the same numbers and member ID on it. She said it had to have my name on it so I said OK well I can pull it up on our benefits website can I use that and she said no because she has to scan it. I offered to email it to someone again she said no. So I wasted time off of work that I took to make my appointment and I had to schedule another one out until next Friday after Christmas. There was no willingness to bend to help someone who has been a long time patient. And when I made the appointment no one told me to bring my insurance card which she stated that I have to bring every single time I come from now on since they have new computers.... in my opinion, i have no problems with doctor Barnett. i experienced great anxiety when dealing with the doctor's office operations. in my case, the doctor's billing and accounting services generally ignored my attempts to communicate a billing error. if accurate accounting and good personal services are important to you, be aware.

My boyfriend was a patient of Dr. Barnett. We had a question of his care because what the front staff was saying was not making sense. I left 4 messages asking if Dr. Barnett would call me (I was approved has a HIPPA rep of my boyfriend). My boyfriend is a over the road truck driver and asked me to find out what was going on with his healthcare. The doctor would not contact me. The front staff continued to contact us with the same care that did not make sense and would not let us speak with the doctor. The front staff then contacted my boyfriend, he was so frustrated from the whole situation, my boyfriend said what the F***. They hung up on him. We then received a letter from Dr. Barnett stating my boyfriend cussed at his staff. No he did not. He was voicing his frustration. Dr. Barnett's staff have always either never answered the phones or failed to call us back when we left messages. They are the most rude staff I have ever had to deal with. my concern is with correct service coding and billing. the office staff appears to be unable to respond to phone calls or visits. after several attempts to get billing and insurance corrections made, i was forced to change providers.

Worst doctor I've experienced as a family physician. The staff is very friendly! But the fact remains that Dr. Barnett will belittle you and try and get you out of his office as fast as possible. I will be changing doctors after my previous experience was a bad one. The exam didn't even last 4 minutes and he magically knew that nothing was wrong with my shoulder that has been bothering me for the past couple of weeks. Didn't order any scans just basically discounted everything I described. Also you will mainly be seeing his assistants because he is rarely in the office. I like Dr. Barnett and I've been a patient for years. Today I tried to make an appointment and his office said I was a "new patient" because I hadn't been in frequently enough. My appointment wouldn't be for 5 weeks since new patients don't get priority appointments. Guess I should choose a new doctor since I'll be a new patient there as well. Alway's been treated with courtesy and respect. Good Doc and office staff.

Great guy, very knowledgeable and respectful. Makes going to the Dr. much less stressful.

Building a relationship with your primary physician is crucial. It's a conversation, not a dictatorship. This is my doctor and I'm happy that he is a partner in my health!!!

Dr. Barnett provides plenty of time and listens well at each visit. I never feel rushed or slighted. Contrary to some other reviews, the office staff has always been polite and helpful. I’m guessing the problem is with the patients, not the staff.

Dr. Jason Barnett and staff are the absolute best! I’d give 10 stars if I could.. never had a bad experience and the doctors and staff are friendly.

Dr Jason Barnett is nice, but staff is dysfunctional and rude!! They can't send a referral for anything. They lie they sent it, and they didn't. They send expired ones and lie that they didnt know. When they told me it was expired!

Myself and my children have been a patient of Dr Barnett for over 15 years. NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH HIM OR HIS STAFF. He listens diagnosis correctly and is very polite and professional. One of the best doctors I have been to. Everyone is always so nice, and Dr. Barnett takes the time to listen and consider your viewpoint. I go to his office at Anderson.

Worse doctor I've ever been to.

Staff is very rude. Not very friendly at all. The staff will not let you finish your conversation and when they have finished there conversation they just hang the phone up. Not very professional at all.

The reception staff was the worst I have ever met to much to mention he lost 4 well insured patients not worth it for a mediocre Dr all for being 2 minutes late

I have been a patient of Dr. Barnett for 10 years and have always been treated with very professional courtesy and respect. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Have never had a problem scheduling an appointment and always receive a courtesy reminder for my appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Barnett to everyone.

I had Dr. Sophie and both of us are stubborn people so we conflict but get along fine. I had my first conflict with this office this morning. The office hours say the office is open on Thursday, from 8AM to 5PM. I called at 8:31AM and the recording said the office was closed. Sure glad it wasn't a emergency. I've never had a problem. They treat me with the up most respect every time in there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Barnett is a very nice and extremely knowledgeable Dr. His staff is wonderful to work with. If you miss your appointment or get the day wrong it is no big deal they try to work you in or reschedule you! I hated to move away an not be able to go to him and his staff!!!

saw him last summer for plantar fascitis in foot, very painful. he recommended gel arches and said not to go barefoot or wear beach shoes. wore the arches and sensible shoes and it went away (after not taking walks for a few days also) in a couple of weeks altho pleased w//these results i've seen him twice as a primary care physician and he doesn't ask enough questions re my general health. the last PCP i had interviewed me for an hour.
