Very informative & professional. No wait time. His nurse practitioner was amazing as well.

We saw Dr. Au on two occasions and while my sons surgery went well, billing has been a nightmare. They oftentimes will not verify your insurance, then once it has been verified, refuse to refund your money. The UT Health billing department is a complete joke and will give you the run-around as long as possible. They've acknowledged their mistake at this point, but say there is no timetable on a potential refund. EDIT: After speaking with Dr. Au more on this and the billing group, they've rectified the issues. Ultimately I've updated this rating as I cannot fault Dr. Au for issues a different group has made, and while UT Health has work to do regarding their billing group, Dr. Au went out of his way to help me and make sure this was taken care of. Jason performed a penile torsion correction surgery on my 12 year old son. The surgery went perfectly. Jason and his staff made me feel completely comfortable by explaining in detail the procedure, the recovery and expectations. The dr also followed up the next day to check on my boy. I have no words for a perfect comment but I know it has been God using this great Dr. yes I’m talking about Dr Jason Au. Since the first time it has been two years ago when other Dr’s diagnostics were hopelessness he always was positive and gave us an extremely confidence in he concerns. And today he gave us another great attitude. What he is showing us as a family is precisely that. He really care about families and he believe that family is first and is very important, even more than money or doing business. This Dr in my opinion is setting a great example in how truly a dr has to think and work. Thank you Dr Au. God bless you all.
