Dr. Jarrett Manning

I’m never a huge fan of going to the dentist (not sure who is), but JLM Dental Studios was amazing. It was easy to book my first appointment, the office was extremely clean and quiet, and the staff were all very welcoming and professional. I will definitely be making JLM my dentist office moving forward.

Dr Evens is very thorough and explains every step. It’s always a great experience at JLM

My visit today at JLM dental studios was pleasant. The front office staff (Monica) is friendly & polite. Monica went above & beyond trying to get my appt rescheduled when there was a cancellation. Teanna the hygienist assistant was kind & helpful with explaining the modern tech the office has to offer. Crystal the hygienist is sweet & patient care oriented. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Evans and her assistant, did an outstanding job on my root canal, believe it or not, it was an overall pleasure experience.

Lovely and Pleasent experience. Friendly and informative staff. Came in for a deep cleaning and filling and didn’t feel a thing. I definitely will be coming back!

First let me say that I appreciate the design of this office. Its super chic and glam! The staff are super friendly and accommodating. I get extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist, but the assistants and hygienist were gentle and patient with me. My dentist was not Dr. Jarret as she was fully booked but the other dentist was very friendly and helpful. I did, however, get botox injections from Dr. Jarret and she was amazing and quick with the procedure. I can't wait to return. Can't believe I said that about a dentist office. :D

The team at JLM was very friendly and helpful. It was easy to coordinate an appointment and I felt comfortable with the care they provided. Their facilities are modern and clean and in a great location. I'd highly recommend JLM as a dentist office.

Front desk and office manager is horrible. Office Manager, nasty attitude and I’m guessing she thought scheduling me at the beginning of the year she was going to make me pay. Nope! Jokes on you, I knew exactly what you were doing. So, every time I try to get a weekend appointment they are all booked up. Luckily, I keep a backup plan. Dr. Jarret is a doll, but she need to get rid of that bad attitude office manager! I sent Dr. Jarret a message on IG we need to talk but she hasn’t replied. I spent thousands of dollars on my teeth. My suggestion would be for someone to contact me for a routine cleaning. Update as of July 9, 2021. Still no call and/or message regarding my scheduling for my appointment. I called mid September to schedule a first time appointment and they mentioned only available was 11/07. On Sept 23rd they called me because they had an opening (Erin left a voice mail and by the time I heard it it was late). I called today to confirm my appointment for tomorrow and I'm not on the list not even in the cancelation list!!!!! and they are booked until JANUARY! I need an appointment ASAP and I was willing to wait almost 2 months to get one here. I did not look at other places. Good and Bad experience! I paid over $5000 in increments every single visit for Invisalign. Specifically I put an initial down payment and every six weeks I had to come in for a new set of trays. Full payment was required as it should be on every visit in order to receive the next set of trays. This process took about 13 months and at the end of treatment I received my retainers. Great job on the Invisalign*the technician (Star) was amazing. Fast forward throughout this entire process I was on active duty in the United States Marine Corps and anyone knows if you were on active duty dental and medical is covered at 100%. However I received a notice saying that I owed JLM dentistry over $1000. The notice is not itemized and does not explain what the charges are for. I was told that it was for the Invisalign which is Impossible because I had to pay for every visit in order to get all of my trays. Further I have all Navy Federal records to confirm this. I went to JLM Dentistry recently for a cleaning and was confronted again with these mysterious charges I ask for an itemized breakdown of the charges, I have not received anything I called the office repeatedly ask questions no return phone calls. It is not my fault that Dr. Manning staff incorrectly applied payments or did something nefarious. It’s just very disappointing that I am receiving these bills from this collection agency and the office won’t provide me an itemize bill to show me what the charges are for. No return phone calls no response. Very frustrating because I was going to continue going there but now I have to change. Dr. Manning probably needs to hire better office staff. Today I had my initial visit with JLM Dentistry. It was a pleasant appointment and Dr. Manning and her staff were great. I had called last week for an emergency but could not get in right away. I still scheduled an appointment for my emergency and new patient appt for August. They added me to the cancelation list and this morning they called due to a cancelation on the schedule. I wasn't at all expecting to get an appointment so soon but I did! They took great care of me and created a treatment plan for my dental needs. Thank you Dr. Manning and staff . I recently completed getting my crown done at JLM Dentistry, and let me say those Women have some gentle hands. I am a person that does not look forward to the dentist and had been scaring myself about the completion of the procedure, but by the Grace I walked out with barely any sensitivity. I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Jarrett's office. I still get nervous at dental appointments, but Dr. J.'s hygienist, Crystal, made me feel very comfortable. I also received education along the way, which I have not received in the past. The front desk staff explained in detail my costs for upcoming procedures and made it possible for me to get in before the end of the year. Dr. Jarrett and her entire team are top notch professionals. Although they handle high-end clientele, you will feel like family the moment you walk through the door. The new studio space could easily be located in Beverly Hills with the attention to aesthetic details, but beyond anything else... this entire team is a group of outstanding, fantastic dental professionals. I have been going here for about 3 years and I always have a great experience. The staff always remember me and are super sweet and nice. They make me feel more like family than a patient. Unfortunately, they lack professionalism and are not staffed to service working professionals. Scheduling a filling is a 6-month process and they require double confirmation for each appointment. If you are a busy executive with limited flexibility, this is NOT the dentist for you.

I have went here for a few years and love Dr Jarrett. However I was sent a bill in the mail this year 2019 for 480 no explanation of services etc. And I haven't been to this Dentist in over 1 year. Last visit was Jan 2018! Then I called to get the break down of the bill and Ashley cut me off saying if you let me explain I'll tell you why your bill is 480. After placing me on hold she then said oh the bill is from 2017!!!!! Let me get them to check your account! Unacceptable!
