Dr. Jared Mckean Theler

This doctor disfigured me and I do not recommend him for any surgery on your nose. I am now seeking revision rhinoplasty is Southern Ca in hope I can be fixed some how.

I was referred to Dr. Theler's office by my primary Dr. I have had ongoing breathing issues since February. Clogged ears, stuffy nose, spots on tonsils. I have seen 4 different Drs. & was happy to know that by being referred to this office that there may be a resolve. HOWEVER... After multiple phone calls trying to even get my referral to them it was finally received. I spoke w/ the gal @ the front desk today July 24th and she stated, "We have your referral but we need your diagnosis. YOU need to call your Dr. & tell them to type it up and sent it to us." I had already made MULTIPLE phone calls just trying to get an appointment going... This gal is getting PAID to schedule patients. You would think that if a referral came through with MISSING information that SHE WHILE GETTING PAID would call that referring Dr in hopes of attaining that information. NOT a patient short of breath & breathing problems! She also stated, "Even if we get those notes we don't have appt for you until WINTER!"

Waited 3 weeks just to even receive a call back from this office. Was told that it takes them 2 weeks to review a referral. I understand if you have a lot of patients and maybe can’t see everyone right away but I would say be more sympathetic over the phone to possible patients not just brush them off. But by the time i received a call I had already found another doctor.

No words can express how talented Dr. Theler truly is. I am forever grateful I found him to preform my surgery. If you are lucky enough to have him help you, know you are in the best artistic hands. ~MCS

I found out about Dr.Theler’s talent and skill set from other doctors in his hospital. I was told by many providers that he is “the best of the best” and that “his patients do really well and are very happy”. Based on my experience with Dr. Theler I can tell that Dr. Theler is a knowledgeable, friendly doctor with great bedside manner. Based on my nose surgery results I can tell that he is indeed a VERY talented, experienced, and skilled surgeon with an eye for aesthetics.
