Mr. Jared Salinsky

I can't speak highly enough about Dr Salinsky. I had my TKR on April 11th 2022. I am 2 months post-op now and I have little to no pain in my knee. The flexion in my knee is very good with just a little stiffness which is normal. I will be discussing replacement of left knee on my next visit. I wouldn't have any other surgeon than Dr Salinsky. I would highly recommend Dr Salinsky. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Mark

Poor manners,arrogant. If your a workers comp patient salinsky will show you no respect.I was still working and did not miss a day even though I was living off of tylenol. Told me I had no issues with my hip,still sent me to a physical rehabilitation office, so he could make some coin.Then sent me to another Doctor who had me in surgery 3 days after visit, repair of torn labum of hip and to remove bone fragments from the fracture Sallinsky could not see. Workers comp puppet he is also a wanna be racecar driver, would not let this quack put air in a tire. Poor manners,arrogant. Dr. Did a great job replacing both knees.

I have had nothing but positive experiences over the past 20 yrs from the entire practice. Dr. Kardashian has done several surgeries on both of my hands and also on my son. Raising 15 kids we were there pretty often. I was scheduled for an appointment with Dr. Salinsky by Workman's Comp for a torn hamstring tendon in my hip. I had PT and I thought that I was slowly improving, but Everytime I saw him he brushed off my symptoms and my pain location. I had injured my entire right leg and the Med Express urgent care clinic had ordered the MRI of my hip thinking that we would start there. I feel that Dr. S was definitely working for Hartford the W.C company because after 3 mo's my Rt leg was still having a lot of pain. I had reported to him that I was still having a lot of pain especially in my groin area. I was falling down, and having numbness and weakness to the point that I could not drive my own car. I now have copies of my medical records and I have since learned that he never wrote anything about my additional symptoms or my complaints of additional pain. WC asked him if he would also tx my lower leg and per the records he refused. When he D/C'd me I begged him to do another MRI after he said that I was 53 and "this is as good as it is going to get" He completely cleared me to work without any restrictions saying that I had reached MMI with a 0 permanent rating. I was a nurse before my injury and I will never be able to work as one again. It has been almost a year later and I have to use a cane on good days and a walker on bad days. I recently was finally able to see a "change of Drs" and not only do I still have a torn hamstring tendon that has gotten worse, but I also had a torn labrum also in my hip That was causing the deep groin pain that I kept telling him about. It has taken almost a year and $15,000 of additional injuries from falling. My Rt. Lower leg that he refused to treat has permanent ankle instability and nerve damage all the way up the outer side of my leg. All because he was negligent in my treatment, but kuddos to him. He saved the WC so much money almost $20,000 by saying that I was at Maximum Medical Improvement and could now do my job as a nurse. Did I mention that my job terminated my employment and said that due to my injury and my age of 53 that I would be a liability to them if I would continued to work for them. My WC checks stopped and I have almost lost everything this past year. Thank God there are Doctors that are not WC puppets and afraid to do the right thing by challenging WC and treating the patient like a patient... Do no harm!!! Please save yourself and if you do have to see him under Workman's Comp get a copy of your doctor's notes for each visit. I had read a few reviews that were written by other WC patients, With similar experiences. I am guessing that WC companies like Dr. Salinsky because he is very conservative with his WC cases which saves them money. I learned the hard way that you can't have blind faith with some medical "professionals" Now my injuries are permanent because if they had all been properly treated a year ago I would have had a much better quality of life today. I feel like Dr. Salinsky changed my life forever. Don't allow him to do the same to you or a loved one... My guess is that no one will see this as a review...

A nightmare is what I had. I had a repair of my meniscus I went for my follow up visit literally 4 days later and Dr. Salinsky decided after seeing I can’t even walk to send me back to work. I understand he is a workers comp dr and a puppet to them. Where does it stop tho???? When do they care for the patients and not the money. I have my appointment 3.15 and I am here 3.00 now start waiting .. 4.15 I ask front desk how long I have to wait. She say don't know his little behind to day . I am thinking I have to sleep here to night.

4 Years ago I fell at 44 years old racing my son down the street. I needed a complete knee replacement and repair. Dr. Salinsky worked a miracle on me and I can't believe it ever happened. My Quality of Life has been restored and I am able to live a healthy active life. I followed the strict physical therapy from his team and could not be happier with the outcome from my surgery. Dr. Salinsky has an excellent bedside manner. He took time to explain my condition in an understandable manner. He answered all my questions (and some I didn't think to ask) and gave alternatives for treatment. I'd highly recommend Dr. Salinsky.

Sent here by Worker's Compensation. Saw dr Salinsky for my shoulder and dr Ililov for my neck. Continue to have severe pain and suffering every day. I explained to dr Salinsky my shoulder is worse than before he operated, I couldn't do therapy most of time from neck and shoulder injury. I explained this to dr Salinsky and dr Ililov. Both would tell me I have to talk to other doctor. They would pass the buck and not address my severe pain issues. Dr Ililov did not perform neck surgery but I switched to him after complications experienced from first surgeon in hopes of getting better treatment. It was a serious decision mistake. Ililov told me I'd just have to live with chronic pain the rest of my life and Salinsky told me he can't help me any further and that he thinks all my pain is result of the neck injury. Now I've lost my job, can't work due to pain every day all day and living day to day despairing my future. They get rich and if you're a Worker's Compensation case, no compassion or second thought of the impact they've caused in your life or career. Even explaining my severe pain I'm suffering daily to these doctors, they say I'm able to go back to work without limitations. It's mind boggling. Only conclusion I can draw is they're, for some reason, in the pocket of Worker's Compensation or afraid of repercussions from Worker's Compensation.

Dr. Salinsky was rude to me and dismissed my concerns with my knee. I left the office close to tears. Went to another orthopedic doctor who quickly scheduled me for arthroscopic surgery. My knee is fine now.

I could never be thankful enough for everything that Dr.Salinski has done for me. My operation was a complete success! Trust me I was scared to death to get this total hip replacement done and this man made me feel comfortable and made me trust him and I’m so glad I did because I’m walking around today thanks to him. Yeah you’ll be a little bit sore few days after the operation you know but there’s medication it takes care of that but it surely is nothing compared to before the operation the pain and agony it’s finally gone. And they will have you up walking the day of your operation most likely and it’s not hard at all, trust me follow what he says to do and you’ll be just fine. My visits with Dr. Jared Salinsky over the years have been truly life changing. In 2011, he performed bi-lateral knee replacement and in May of 2020, a total left hip replacement. Trying to get around with that severe pain changes your personality and how you deal with everyday life. It wasn’t pleasant and I wasn’t pleasant to be around. I can honestly say I am happy, relaxed and pain free thanks to Dr. Salinsky and his team. Dr. Salinsky Is a superb surgeon, has a great bedside manner and truly cares about his patients and does everything possible to improve your quality of life and make sure you have the best possible outcome from surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Salinsky and his team for your surgical needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I have been a patient of Dr Salinsky's for approximately 15 months. I had had right knee pain for years. I had been given a number of cortisone injections by my previous orthopedist which worked for awhile but were no longer helping. I wanted to avoid surgery, so next he gave me a series of 3 injections which also didn't work. I was scheduled for surgery in May when the pre-op testing showed Atrial Flutter, a condition I'd never had before. I ended up having a Cardiac Ablation. I had a total knee replacement in August 2020. The post surgery recovery was not as difficult as I had feared. I had home health therapy and nursing for 2 weeks and then went to the therapy dept. at CBJD. They are phenomenal.I am now 6 months post op, have full range of motion and do not have to return for a year. I am very satisfied and highly recommend Dr Salinsky and any aftercare he orders.

Thought for sure that I needed surgery for a labram tear but Dr. Salinski examed me and said no surgery was necessary at this point. He was very thorough, professional and honest. Being in the medical field for 40 years I was impressed.

I am completely satisfied with my card under Dr Salinsky. I am now able to resume an active life, it has been several years since I have been able to walk upstairs, walk any distance and other daily activities, now I am able to get back to doing these activities.

Dr Salinsky has performed 2 rotator cuff surgeries one on each shoulder. ....when the time came to have a complete reverse shoulder implant, I hesitated, as he himself said there were, a couple of weeks are rough. However, you are given meds, PT come to my home within days. As does a nurse. I trust this Dr implicitly!

lived in pain for years almost to the point of being an ornament on the sofa. Dr. Salinsky did R THR. The entire process went just as he explained. Definitely knows his stuff. I have quality of life back. Only regret is didn't see him sooner.

He is a very caring doctor. Just had knee replacement surgery and everything went well. Experienced no pain and everything healed well. I had been in pain for over a year before the surgery and it was wonderful to be pain free afterwards.

IT HAS BEEN 3+ YEARS SINCE I HAVE HAD BOTH TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENTS AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! I HAVE A WHOLE NEW LIFE --NO MORE TEAR JERKING PAIN, NO WHEELCHAIR SUPERMARKET SHOPPING, JUST A GREAT FEELING TO WAKE UP IN THE MORNING, RESTED AND PAIN FREE SO I CAN GO ON MY ELLIPTICAL AND FACE THE DAY WITH A NEW AND POSITIVE ATTITUDE. DR. SALINSKY WAS AND STILL IS VERY PASSIONATE ABOUT HIS WORK AND IT SHOWS IN THE RESULTS. THE STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND PROFESSIONAL AND DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE YOU AND YOUR QUESTIONS AND PROBLEMS. THE OFFICE IS EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED--AS IT SHOULD BE...WHAT ELSE CAN I ASK FOR?

Highly recommended. Dr Salinsky replaced my left hip and it has given me the quality of life back. I even started to golf again after the recommended wait period. He also performed knee replaced on both of my wife's knees and she is walking quickly without pain.

Diagnosed promptly and agreed upon surgery after much knee pain!!! Wish I had done sooner!!! Dr Salinsky is outstanding in his knowledge, experience and bedside manner!!! Was up and walking hours after surgery and in less than a month walked with a normal gait and amazed friends!!! I have my life back! I would highly recommend Dr Salinsky and would not hesitate to request him as my surgeon in the future if need be!!!

Jared has no compassion towards his patients, esp if you r on workers comp. He miss diagnosed and ankle injury from an unreadable MRI, wasted 7 months on workers comp and almost 50 sessions of physical therapy, then had the audacity to ask "how long do you want to be on workers comp for?" I immediately left the office. Rose radiology confirmed it as unreadable, I needed a Modified Brostrom to fix a torn ATFL, not a posterior tendon sheath tear that was his diagnosis.

TKR year and a half ago. Today I sometimes forget I have a replacement. It feels great. Not sorry I did the surgery at all. Only an occasional wrong way move brings a reminder. Dr Salinsky did a terrific job, scar is minimal and his staff is super nice. They all will answer any questions you have.

Dr. Salinsky treated me for a SLAP tear in my shoulder. He was not quick to offer up surgical intervention, which I was trying to avoid. After some therapy and rest, my shoulder is feeling pretty good. He is a great doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Salinsky treats me as a person not just another patient. Dr. Salinsky really listens to me and explains all proposed procedures in detail. At the first post op follow up visit, Dr. Salinsky's exam and treatment plan were very clear. I am glad to have Dr. Salinsky as my orthopedic care provider.

I highly recommend Dr. Jared Salinsky. I just had total hip replacement two weeks ago. I was up walking six hours after surgery- discharged from the hospital on day two- off pain medication by day four. As of today I am walking with a cane and feeling better than I have in years. Dr. Salinsky and his staff are very supportive and are always available when you need them. The level of care you receive at The Center for Bone and Joint Disease, (CBJD) is second to none.

Excellent physician. He is a miracle worker.

I was told the Dr. Had to review the x-rays and I would get a call back because I was "self pay". When I got the call back she said nothing was broken and there was nothing they could do. When she found out it happened during a car accident the whole thing changed it could be broken I need an MRI because they can't see the brake on the x-ray. Real professional place. I'm getting a second opinion because this doesn't seem very ethical and I don't want a place like this to continue to do business in the community there so post to serve. Dr Salinsky performed repair work to my shoulder. It was complicated and had a lot of work to do. Long story short........ 1 1/2 years later and I'm still suffering as if nothing was done. Had a second opinion and was told he NEVER should have tried to do a repair and should have done a total replacement! Thanks Dr Salinsky! As though the pain from the first surgery wasn't enough, now I have the great pleasure to do it all over again! BEWARE!

Dr. Salinsky replaced my left hip on 10/17/16 and did an absolutely beautiful job. He is very friendly and knowledgeable in the office and extremely confident when he enters the surgery suite. There was some luck involved in my selecting Dr. Salinsky, but the hip gods were clearly watching out for me. If you are looking for a truly-great, Hawkeye-Pierce-type surgeon, you need look no further than Dr. Salinsky. My rehab is progressing quite rapidly and with very little soreness or pain.

Dr. Salinsky was recommended by a friend, so I took a chance and used him for both of my knee replacement surgery's, I am extremely happy with the results, and after each surgery he called my wife while I was in recovery to tell her that everything went fine. On follow up visits I only saw him once, and then the other visits I saw his PA Robert who was great, I didn't expect to see Dr. Salinsky each time I went back I know that he is busy taking care of other patients. I Would use him again.

May be the world's most ignorant surgeon to mans kind. He think he is the best and far from it. Honestly, won't recommend to anyone. Besides his horrible care you get unorganized staff and a wait time of hours. After waiting hours you get poor eye contact from the surgeon with attitude of your bothering him but insurance is paying him , no patient education and rude staff. Just like the other reviews read...Beware of this doctor and I couldn't agree more.

I never saw him after surgery. Followup visit I only saw a PA, had to request to see the Dr. Then he was defensive to my questioning the procedure, was insensitive to my needs. He was impatient about pain management, didnt give many options. I couldnt handle side effects of two meds prescribed. Second followup was another PA who was no help with my pain either. So I've had to suffer pain through all my physical therapy. I feel he doesnt really care about your welfare.

Buyer beware. Beware of the bait and switch. Unfortunately they bait and switch you to his PA Rob. After 3 appointments at $250 each, I had to cross my arms, refuse to leave the room, and demand to meet the Dr. who was doing my surgery. We saw Rob twice. Was called by office and told had to go back a 3rd time to actually see Dr before surgery. Again, Rob. Really?? Office manager said this was the way it worked, if I did not like, I could go somewhere else, nice! So I did. Know your rights.

I went to Dr. Salinsky for a shoulder problem. He diagnosed the problem gave me a couple of steroid injections and I went to physical therapy. I am good as new. He is an excellent physician, he has a great staff and the rehab through his office was incredible. I recommend him highly.

Easy to talk to, he listens, has experience and an understanding personality. Went to him for a shoulder injury resulting in surgery. I would highly recommend him. Great staff, genuinely friendly and I never waited to see the Doctor, after signing in I was seen early at times.

I would definately recommend Dr. Salinsky to family and friends. He is friendly & awesome. He did such an excellent surgery on my hip replacement and I know of other people that he has done surgery on them and have never heard one negative thing about him.I have not one bit of pain or problems at all. If I ever have to have anything else done he's the man/Doctor I would choose, he is awesome.
