Interrupted me every sentence. I have had a chronic condition for over 7 years and at least deserve enough respect to be listened to. Taking "metamucil " is not the answer; probably know more about the subject than he does. He also forgot to reauthorize one of my prescriptions before leaving so I had to call his office again the next day.

Love Jared Probst MD. He's been awesome for me and my husband. I'm always excited to see him.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Probst. He was rude and acted like he didn't care about me or why I was there. He hardly asked me any questions and didn't want to hear my explanation of my reason for being there. Felt rushed out the door. He never called me back with my results. I had to call them numerous times to get them. Won't go back.

Tried to get simple, non narcotic refills and it would have been easier to get a meeting with the President. Have been without insulin and anti depressants for a week and a half. Called in to wrong pharmacy and days to respond on patient portal. Will certainly be trying to find a dependable team. My previous doctor had moved on and I just happened on to Dr. Probst. Worse experience ever with a doctor. Spent 90 seconds with me before trying to walk out with little to no exam. Write a prescription with no explanation and tried to leave without giving me any info. He’s very arrogant and acts as if he has no time.

Dr Probst office is terrible, I canceled an appointment, they still billed me. Never got a call back.

Literally didn't listen and just shoved medications at me without explaining what they were or side effects. Had to ask the pharmacist what each one was and what the regiment was. Had pericarditis last October. The U of Utah department of cardiology determined the seasonal flu shot was implicated as a cause. I was obviously concerned about a reoccurrence and consulted Dr. Probst. His research showed only 7 similar cases and of those, one had a repeat, so his advice was to skip the shot. I’ve had Dr Probst since I can remember. From sports injuries to general health, he’s been incredible. Over 15 years of friendship and trust. I get people from all over asking where to get a great family doctor. I’ve been fortunate to have someone who knows me and cares for my family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve been seeing Dr. Probst for several years now & have never had a bad experience with him or Olympus Family Clinic. The office staff is amazing & Very helpful. Dr. Probst & his Nurse Practitioner, Rocky, are an AMAZING team who truly care about their patients well being. They are quick to respond & do everything they can to be helpful & oblige to make things work with my unpredictable, inflexible schedule. All he cared about was getting out of the door. Spent maybe 10 minutes max and that's bc I kept asking him questions. Came in with ear pain and he shoved an examine into my ear. Down grading when talked to and talked to me like I was stupid. Its doctors like him why I will only see a doctor when absolutely necessary and will remain seeing nurse practitioners and PA

Two appointments I had my doctor was far from on time. One appointment took over 20 minutes for the doctor to see me and when he did he acted rushed and like I was a nuisance. The other appointment for 4pm he was 52 minutes late and asked me why his staff had him see his 4:30 appointment before me. How would I know? A bad doctor and even worse human being. If you want attentive care, just about anybody else would be better. He is a liar and a manipulator. Please behoove this warning, he accused me of trying to get a controlled substance even after telling him I would go the ER if necessary for medication. I will be going to another primary care provider. Very long wait times, went in for a physical in June I had to wait over 30 minutes, took 2.5 hours total. Was asked to set another appointment to come back, had to wait another 75 minutes for a 9:15 AM appointment for 5 minutes with Probst. Was told to take over the counter supplements and was not ready to see me. Olympus Clinic website feedback tool was broken. I called their office to provide this feedback and left a voicemail. No one has contacted me after a couple of weeks. I've contacted my insurance about my experience. I will be going to another primary care provider. I went in for a physical, he suggested I have my thyroid checked. Had a biopsy done at St. Mark's...Dr. Probst he NEVER called me back with my results. Silly me, went in for my next physical...now I need high blood pressure meds. Went in for a med check a few months later, need my RX renewed so I can keep taking my meds. He never called it in for me (where I requested and not his pharmacy next door). I'm still trying to get my meds. Terrible follow through, time to find a new PCP.

He seems okay but insisted that I see a specialist upstairs whose office was closed. Then he insisted that I use the pharmacy in the lobby that charged double what I usually pay. The Olympus Clinic doctors own the building and some try to send patients to their tenants and their pharmacy. I'm lucky that I survived a surgery with one of the tenants. Preliminary tests were not done and I didn't know that my heart was not stable enough for surgery.

Dr. Probst use to care for a loved one of mine. She had been placed in a facility to regain her strength after an illness. However the institution ended up being an issue and they refused to release my relative to another facility with the Doctor's permission. Dr. Probst refused. Finally we were able to work around the issue and moved her, however she passed away. A day or so later Dr. Probst called me personally and bed side manner was lacking. He even went as far as to tell me that he just KNEW she was going to die and it came across as almost an "I told you so" moment. It was deeply hurtful. I'd also add he based the comment on a fit he had seen the person in question throw. Unfortunately at the time she had been addicted to pain killers and decided to put on a show for Dr. Probst in order to have him prescribe her meds to get her fix. As soon as he was gone, she had been fine and he had been conned. Even with that being the case, and though I should have said something, I've never heard of a Doctor calling someone who isn't even the person's wife, husband, or even child, just o basically put them in a place seemingly out of spite Dr. Probst use to care for a loved one of mine. Dr. Probst and Rocky are great! They were able to put together a pneumonia shot sequence that made it possible for me to have the shot. I had had an adverse reaction in the past. Thank you so much for great care!

Dr Probst is the perfect primary care physician for me. His common sense approach to medicine and his willingness to listen carefully to my needs has resulted in better care and improved health. I’m a 55+ triathlete and I care about staying strong and being well. Dr. Probst has been able to help me find practical solutions to help keep me healthy.

Right now I'm very unhappy with either Dr Probst or his nurse. 6 or 8 months or so ago, we increased the dosage for a medication I am on and then I went in for a med check a month and a half ago. The prescription was written out for the previous amount so now I have been trying for about six weeks to get them to correct the mistake without my having to pay them for another visit. It should have been done right the first time, so I shouldn't have to pay again!

Seems irritated to meet and answer questions. Can be condescending and dismissive.
