My surgery was Botched I agree with C.Hall comment once u pay your now longer a priority save your money for a doctor who cares before and after you pay and will not leave you botched

I went to write a review and the first thing that caught my eye was people saying Dr. Nimz AND staff. Every time I go in it’s a different crew… and then I get told juicy drama of the office… it’s honestly sad the things they have gone through. I have gone here over a few years and I wish I had a book to type all of the issues of this office. Just save your body, mental health, and money, and go somewhere else. Dr Nimtz and staff have been very professional and caring every time one of my family members or I was in need of a plastic surgeon. Very pleased with the final results!

I have had a couple procedures with Dr. Nimtz and loved everything about him and his office staff. I have always been treated professionally & with respect. Dr. Nimtz & his wife even made a house call to check in me the day after my surgery! Dr. Nimtz is an extremely skilled surgeon! I have had multiple procedures with Dr. Nimtz and have been satisfied with the results. From the consultation to the aftercare, I’ve always felt I was taken care of by the staff and Dr. Nimtz. Any concerns I may have had were always addressed to my satisfaction. Great group of people I would highly recommend to anyone!

I saw Dr. Nimtz for facial fat grafting. He did an outstanding job. It is difficult to find a surgeon that will do this procedure. Most surgeons prefer the repeat revenue that comes from injectables. Dr. Nimtz is a gifted surgeon!

I went to Dr. Dowden for years and couldn’t ask for a better surgeon and person. I am sad to say this current surgeon is far from Dr. Dowden... You learn very fast that prior to surgery quite the show is put on for the money. Dr. Nimtz and staff are among the best. Dr. Nimtz is thorough, patient and a very good listener. I’ve had excellent results. If you are contemplating a procedure, talk to him - ask lots of questions, including about post-procedure care! Get all the info and apply for lasting results

I have been coming to Dr.Nimtz since April of 2018! I have lost a total of 110lbs and I needed to have a "mommy makeover." I had surgery in 2018 and then my 2nd surgery in December of 2019. Dr.Nimtz and his staff are hands down the best! I have had an exceptional experience and would never go anywhere else.

Dr.Nimtz is a wonderful doctor who gave me the results I wanted. He’s upfront about everything pertaining to the surgery, downtime, and results. I’m happy with my results and the fact nobody knows what exactly I had done. There’s definitely a change, but nobody assumes I had surgery. My results are great but still discreet enough that it’s not totally obvious, which is exactly what I wanted. I did my research, which is why I choose Dr.Nimtz. Dr. Nimtz has done a couple of different cosmetic surgeries on myself and the results are perfect! The office is inviting, staff is extremely friendly and Dr. Nimtz makes you feel comfortable from start to finish on whatever procedure you choose. Dr. Nimtz is highly skilled and I would trust him with any sort of surgery and a recommendation.

If you talk with a southern accent good luck. They (doctor and his wife) really gave us the impression they felt as though we were ignorant and a waste of time. Had several procedures done at once , results were less then par. With breast reduction, two "certain things" were not centered and were obviously crooked, also He left one flank disporportionate with the lipsuction. Which he did go back and fix both things 9 months post op, charging $400 for "office supplies" to correct his mistakes. The minute we voiced concerns, we were spoken to like we were the ones who had done something wrong. Just a very very unpleasant experience. Update : one year post op, nipples are still crooked even after attempt to correct, stomach doesn't much different then before surgery, well except for the scar and huge knots under the skin. I cannot say enough great things about Dr.Nimtz and his team, bed side manner is amazing, very personable and explained and answered any and all questions. I had a breast augmentation and the work he has done is amazing, my results (not even a week out) are better than I could of imagined. My results are so natural looking. People are telling me "gosh you just look so good" not knowing why. I still look like myself, but a much BETTER version. I did consultations with other doctors before Dr. Nimtz and I was not confident with their understanding of what I wanted. It was more about what these other doctors wanted - and they wanted to sell me more procedures! They would do things like say you've also got problems here and here and here, trying to make me feel insecure so I'd get mor

I was charged for correction surgery and made to feel like a bad guy for even pointing out the obvious poor job that he did. Very uncomfortable place and experience for me.

Dr. Nimtz is fantastic, he is passionant about his work and the outcomes of his patients. He takes time to really focus on you as a person and what you want your outcome to be. The office staff is without a doubt the best medical office staff I have ever had the opportunity to have contact with. They go above and beyond the needs of their patients. Dr Nimtz is very skilled and (if you'll pardon me for saying so) doesn't seem to have the over-sized ego of many surgeons. I had some scar tissue that needed addressing and most doctors in the area either didn't or wouldn't address it. But Dr Nimtz did a great job and really took the time to listen/understand my concerns. Would highly recommend him and his team. I had an injury and it took some time to heal. Dr. Nimtz was excellent. I can't say enough wonderful things about him. I was in the hospital for almost 2 weeks and he was there daily. I trust him and would highly recommend him.

Dr. Nimtz and his staff are wonderful. 1 month post-op after full tummy tuck and lipo and I look amazing. Dr. Nimtz sculpted my body beautifly. His caring, professional staff put your mind at ease. Im now considering Lipo in other areas after I'm totally healed.
