My experience with Dr. Frandson has been very positive. He listens to my concerns and explains various treatment options and their relative pros and cons. He has always responded to messages on MyChart the same day, sometimes even after-hours, with a clear answer and a prescription if needed.

One of the very best doctors I've ever worked with. Knowledgeable but admits when he doesn't know. Respectful, listens, sees me as partner in healthcare, goes to great lengths to answer questions and provide resources for informed decision-making.

A really bad experience. I have been at Fairview clinics for many years. My regular doctor was out today.. OMG what a mistake.This is the first time I have felt "not safe in the hands" of a competent professional. Not happy at all with this doctor. I would not recommend him. ????
