It is not professional. He prescribed a medication to a patient in consultation and it has not appeared in the Pharmacy for more than 10 days and in the consultation they do not treat her or give her a solution or answer.

I went to see Dr Jany Sanchez last Friday 1/19/24 and she told me what I had and I needed medications, she told me she would send them directly to the pharmacy. She never did, I call to the office, the receptionist was lost, she put me on hold and the she hang up, after that I tried to to call her again and I called 12 times and nobody answered. Today is 1 week and she never sent the medications. I had to see another dermatologist and pay again. I’ve always referred Dr Sanchez but I won’t do it again. I don’t know what was the problem or situation but people that is in the reception are very incapable, they had no idea of nothing, they can’t help in anything. I feel very frustrated because I needed very bad for that medicine and I never received it because they never sent it to the pharmacy. If you want to be in trouble go to that place.

Had an appointment for 1:30, at 3:30 i was still waiting and none of the staff had the decency to acknowledge me. Horrible customer service and the doctor can care less if she waste your time. Don’t make the mistake of coming to this unprofessional place.
