Dr. VL was the only doctor able to identify my underlying allergy/immune. She listens, is knowledgeable and up to date on the latest treatments. Not only does she understand my allergy/immune issues but also is knowledgeable another medical condition I suffer with and gave me info on a good website to read up on the condition. Love her. Sad to learn she is leaving this practice.

Dr. Van Lancker is always helpful and extremely accommodating when I have asthma attacks - she is the best.

Doesnt seem to care at all about you or your symptoms, wants you out of her office as quick as possible and doesnt seem to be able to have a normal conversation. she lets you wait for over 1 or 2 hours as i saw her drinking coffee and having lunch as she had a appointment she just doesn't care. overall rude and unsympatatic, seems to only care that you show up so you have to pay her, but after 10 min in she wants you will be billed for a full hour. she is the worst doctor i ever had seen

Extremely shortsighted decision-making on her part, and unfit to have taken the Hippocratic Oath professing a concern for common welfare. Her only interest is financial, and she has no ethical or moral compass in her life. Clean facilities, OK staff, but her bright personality is a front, and she is not to be trusted.
