Showed lack of compassion, often met with inappropriate smirking and even giggled throughout our sessions which she explained as a nervous laugh/nervous habit which, in my opinion, is a highly unprofessional quality to have in her line of work. After making her aware of the issue, I decided to give her a chance to see if she took my concerns into consideration and at least made an effort to abstain from past behavior, but was met with literally no improvement and a very uncomfortable environment
