Dr. Rutowski was a great doctor in the beginning. I just had an MRI on my brain. Pretty serious if you ask me. She had my results for 4 days now and I had to read them online. Still no phone call from her. I messaged her twice on MyChart and nothing. I’ve called the office to speak with her they told me I have to wait to hear from her. ???????? I love Dr. Rutkowski. She is an attentive and geniunely caring doctor who listens to your complaints and gets excited about your good health progress. Anyone who says otherwise, I would dismiss immediately based upon my many years of seeing her for many issues. The staff also is wonderful. Her nurse Jenn--outstanding.

The worst experience of my life. This office is a horrific nightmare and should be avoided at all costs. Went in for a simple physical and was shouldered with a bunch of extra costs that took months to figure out and wasted a lot of my time. Ended up paying just to be done with this place. Stay away, you have been warned.

I have no problem with Dr Rutkowski, but customer service in that office has become a nightmare. I don't know if they changed the employees but they have no clue of what they are doing, it took 5 attempts to get the right referral form because they don't listen what the patient is asking for when they immediately give an answer, they're very rude and careless about patients matters, today they hangup on me & they continued trying to do the wrong paperwork instead of what they were asked to do initially. I am changing my doctor thanks to the customer service and front desk unprofessional employees. I have no problem with Dr Rutkowski, but customer service in that office has become a nightmare. Front desk and customer service representatives very unprofessional, incompetent, rude and not helpful whatsoever.

I have no issues with Dr. Rutkowski. It is the prescription refilling process that stinks. Both my husband and I have trouble getting someone to respond to our request for refills. They won’t give prescriptions with an automatic refill either. When we call or use their portal to order refills we get either no response or it takes days. Right now I have waited 4 business days for them to approve my refill request. Now it is Saturday & they are closed until Monday. I am out of critical meds.

Dr. Rutkowski has been my PCP for more than 10 years. She is friendly, professional and attentive. She spends time with you and listens to your concerns.
