For starters, you are greeted by the incredible, Nancy who is super funny and great at remember all of the clients. Then there’s the office! It’s absolutely immaculate! Everything is so new and clean and there is this wonderful display case that features such things as photographs of celebrities with tooth brushes that Dr Pliszczak has met over the years and SU basketball players! Jade is the dental hygienist. She is fantastic! She’ll make your teeth feel like a million bucks and she’s great to talk to. Then of course there is Dr Pliszczak herself. She is so gentle that I literally feel asleep once when she was drilling a cavity. I honestly feel like I’m visiting old friends when I go in for my dental visits. I like them so much that my 5 year old son and my wife are now clients too. They are so patient with my energetic and curious boy. You ladies are the best! Thanks for all that you do!

EXTREMELY THOROUGH CARE ! VERY professionally run practice from checkin at the door until you check out after your appointment. Impeccable processes and procedures to keep you safe esp. during COVID. This entire practice manages to make you feel like YOU are their most important patient! Great practice if you don't want to feel like just 'another number'.

Always super friendly and you can tell Dr pliszczak cares about her patients.

I had a crown done today. And I have a bad back. Dr Pliszczak and her assistant, Jennifer, were very sensitive to my back issues. They made sure I was comfortable and they reclined the chair slowly so I didn’t experience pain in my back. And even though I work there, I was treated professionally by both Dr Pliszczak and Jennifer.

On her website it says that she accepts Guardian insurance. I called to make an appointment, the receptionist claims she’s not seeing guardian patients… gave no valid reason, was just rude and short. Go elsewhere!

The Doctor and her staff are amazing!!! I can not express the gratitude that I feel for everyone that works here. Nancy talked me off the ledge with my anxiety and got me an appointment very quickly. Nancy was pivotal in my journey towards a healthier self. She is a gem! Kaley responded right away through text and knows me by name. Jennifer worked side by side with the Doc, making sure I was comfortable and any work went smoothly. Jade explained everything she was doing step by step and was able to address any concern I was having. The Doctor was very gentle, concise with her plan and was extremely friendly! I gave them 5 stars, best dentist office in town! Dr. P, and her gals are friendly, make you feel at home and comfortable. They are also my good friends, would not think of going elswhere!

Three of our family members became new patients at the practice of Dr. Pliszczak after our former family dentist of 12 years suddenly retired. Changing caregivers is always a stressful experience, but in no time at all we felt right at home. The practice has a friendly and efficient receptionist, a gentle-handed hygienist, a caring and compassionate doctor and assistant. The location is minutes from our home and it is in a relaxed setting. It was unfortunate that I had arrived to the practice immediately needing some major and unexpected work. I feel lucky that Dr. Pliszczak had great attention to detail and did not hesitate to refer me to a specialist. Therefore the problem was quickly discovered before further complications could present. I hate to think of the alternative had we not landed in the right place at the right time. I would highly recommend this practice not only based on how our family is treated here, but as I had observed other patients being given the best and most considerate care. ** 6 years or so later: The staff remains super consistent. Not even covid could shake things up. Both the practice and our location since my original post has changed, but we gladly drive back for the care. The brand new building of the practice is equipped with the latest technology which without a doubt is patient centered and handicapped accessible. Any addition to staff has only been a positive change. The new dental hygienist is well versed not only in dental matters, but has a good understanding of general health issues as well. Janice is a very caring and talented dentist. I always walk away with the best dental care with no complications. Nancy at the front desk is very organized and always making sure my questions are answered. Very satisfied!

First visit was a very pleasant experience! The office is beautiful and the entire staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend this practice!

The office is very clean and pretty much everything in the bathroom is motion activated which is great. My 5yo daughter was there for a cleaning, she said they were nice and made her feel comfortable and her teeth feels clean and look really shiny and white.

I just had my first visit with this office and I am thoroughly impressed! Nancy, Jade and Dr. P - Thank you for a great experience from start to finish! The staff in this office are kind, thorough and all around exceptional. Would highly recommend. UPDATE: I would NOT recommend this office. They are quick to drop the ball, do not follow up in a timely manner and sometimes not at all. Not empathetic to emergent situations. Friendly service, been going to her for years!

This was my third visit to Doctor Pliszczak's office as a new patient. I would consider myself a difficult patient due to my dental needs and my general fear of dentistry. Doctor Pliszczak, Jade, Jennifer and Nancy have done a great job from the very beginning to where I am currently in my treatment plan. The Doctor and the entire team are very professional, informative and attentive to every detail not to mention accommodating, undersanding and very patient oriented! My first impression of this dental office as a new patient was very good with first contact by phone. The receptionist is friendly and professional and let me know what to expect with the first appointment. I was greeted warmly by her at my first appointment and the dental hygienist was also friendly and took every care with my comfort while doing x-rays and teeth cleaning.
