Dr Seper has saved my life twice now because of her quick diagnosis and immediate treatment and her cooperation working with all of the other doctors involved with me

I arrived on time and I was taken on time. To me this rarely happens in a doctors office. I am grateful.

Dr Seper Is wonderful she is very thorough a great Doctor who really cares about her patients. She doesn’t let any stone unturned about your health she looks at all different possibilities for what might be your problem.

Dr. Seper was excellent, she was attentive to my issues and symptoms. She thoroughly checked my ENT to determine where the source of my problem could be coming from. She also reviewed the list of medications I am required to take and discussed her concerns about their effect on my sinus issues. I was quite impressed with her on this first visit. Dr Seper is an excellent doctor. I am 86 so have seen a number of doctors and Dr Seper is one of the best. She listens , does a very complete exam and then clearly explains her diagnosis.

As a new patient I had my records faxed over 2 weeks before appt. Was upset when on day of my appt they could not be found and was told never received. But 2nd fax requested day of visit arrived with no problem. I feel office staff received it. I have been a patient of Doctor Seper for 21 years. Initially it was for her support of my CPAP then for all ENT issues. Doctor Seper is the best ENT I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. She is always kind, caring, thorough and professional. I would gladly recommend her services to any acquaintance with ENT issues

The Scotch Institute is top notch and has an excellent staff of doctors etc. They care about you, were very conscious of sanitizing and masks. They were on time as well.

First time seeing Dr. Seper. I found her very pleasant and knowledgeable. I finally found the right ENT for me. The office and staff are friendly and welcoming.

Very direct and to the point . Dr Seper did a very thorough exam and formulated a plan from the information gathered. She seems to consider all the systems and is very knowledgeable. She explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable in her care.

I didn't actually see Dr. Seper; I saw Dr. Scotch. He listened attentively to the history of my ear infection, then looked in my ears while dictating clinical notes to a staffer. He then suctioned out debris and residual ear drops from my left ear and made a plan of action to test my hearing and see how I am doing in about three weeks. The major itching has gone away. During my most recent visit the staff was courteous, timely and professional. Dr. Seper is always open to questions and takes the time to ensure I understand the treatment options available. I certainly would recommend her to friends and family.

My father is going through a difficult time in his life. Dr Seeper and her staff were so helpful and very sincere with him. Making a difficult situation easier for him just due to her compassion for her patients. She is so knowledgeable in her field, I wouldn't have taken him anywhere else.
