Dr. Janet D Pearl

I had an appointment at 1:30pm to se Dr. Pearl. At 1:30 I was asked to come into a patient room and answer a lot of medical questions. That review was about 30min. Then I was left alone in that room for another 30min. Then a nurse practitioner came in and we spent the next 30 min discussing my case. Then she let and the doctor came in about 30 min later. The doctor and the NP spent another 30min or so with me. The NP was busy taking notes on her laptop. So from the time I walked into the office and the time I left was 2.5hrs . Then I was told I could get my Drs. notes on Fri or Mon. On Mon I signed onto their website and could not log on. Their office staff tried to help but no go. So then they said they would e-mail them to me but I'd have to sign a release form to get my own info. I refused. So then I said I'd be in their office in 30min where I expected to get the report. I got there and then said I needed to sign the note. I said no. 15 min later I had the notes w/o signing.

Dr. Pearl and her staff are very kind and compassionate. An orthopedic doctor recommended a knee replacement, but I am not ready for that. I chose to do stem cell therapy with Dr. Pearl. I have regained approximately 80% of my knee function.

It's more like INCOMPLETE Spine & Pain Care!! I am worse off than when I started as a patient almost 2 years ago!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME here!!!

Dr. Pearl is one of the best doctors I know. Dr. Pearl has treated me for lumbar spine, hip bursitis and tailbone pain from a fall on my lawn, for which I needed disc surgery. She is informative, listens extremely well and very friendly. Dr. Pearl is a real gem, a rare find in a doctor!

I find Dr Pearl and her staff very professional helpful and caring. I would recommend Dr. Pearl to my friends and family who have arthritis and suffer the pain that I have. The staff works very hard to get you the appointment you need.

Had very bad knee pain for about 4 months since I slipped and fell. Dr Pearl said it was my arthritis and she first gave me a steroid injection which helped for a while. Recently I had a Platelet Rich plasma injection and that made all the difference. My knee feels a lot better and I'm back to walking around the block and walking my dog. I really recommend Dr Pearl. She really helped me and I am so thankful to her and the staff.

I had back really bad pain and Dr Pearl did a RF ablation about a week ago. My pain level has gone right down and now I have much more mobility. Dr Pearl has great bedside manner and is very compassionate - I'm feeling much better and the new office is beautiful. I highly recommend her.

Terrible doctor for pain. Great for sports medicine.

I had a great experience with Dr. Pearl and her staff at the Complete Care Center. I had 2 herniated discs in my back and suffered with severe pain. I asked family and friends about cortisone shots and was told they were very painful. They were all wrong. Dr. Pearl was compassionate and took the time to explain the procedure. Everything went smoothly and I would recommend her to anyone who suffers any kind of pain. You will get results as I did. I am pain free.

I have very bad back pain and my primary referred me to a pain clinic to make a plan to control my every day pain and for when I throw out my back. They told me they don’t help with acute pain like that and that I needed to go to my primary? I also did not feel Janet and her assistant were good listeners nor did I feel a sense of compassion.

I love Dr. Pearl! She really listened to me. She was so compassionate and knowledgeable!! I highly highly recommend her!!

I recommend Dr. Pearl and her office very highly. She was very thorough, professional and personable. Her care was excellent. When I first saw her, I had such severe back pain that I could barely walk. She fit me into her schedule on a rush basis and the steroid injection decreased my pain about 90%. All the staff I dealt with are professional and pleasant; they respond promptly and thoroughly to all communications. All explanations were clear and they provide a visit summary each time.

I highly recommend Complete Pain Care. I came to Dr. Pearl after years of trying to remedy unexplained pain. Dr. Pearl and her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and caring. I received treatment for my pain and after a couple of visits and treatments have noticed significant improvement.

My husband suffers from chronic debilitating lower back pain. He lives in a 7/10 pain scale daily. When his chronic back issues flare up ghe seeks medical help. Two years ago he was under the care of Dr Pearl and received epidural injections which helped a little. He crawled into Dr Pearls Marlborough office today to be seen by an NP (not the Dr) who spoke to him as if he was another pt. No prior reference to his chart before seeing pt. Zero empathy or understanding of pain. NO HELP AT ALL!!!

I've had a long history of a very painful knee with many problems and Dr. Pearl listened to all of my problems. She recommended cryoablation for my knee. About six weeks after the procedure was done my knee was feeling much better. Now it's about 12 weeks later and I can honestly say that I've got a lot of my knee function back. I can't thank Dr. Pearl enough. Her staff were very caring and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Pearl to anyone with any chronic pain issues.

The care I receive from Dr.Pearl and staff are thoughtful ,caring and professional. after going through physical therapy for lower back pain I was recommended to Dr Pearl. Treating my back pain she ordered a MRI that showed a large dark spot in my right kidney. A C Scan was performed , tumor was cancerous and the right kidney was removed. I will always be forever grateful for Dr Pearl finding the correct treatment for my original original pain, ordering the MRI that saved my life.

spent 2.5 hours in the office. The woman who checked me in was incredibly incompetent.The rude and cold medical assistant saw me after my hour+ wait and confirmed everything I filled out in paperwork already. The nurse practitioner came in about 20 minutes later and spent 20 minutes with me. The doctor spent literally 5 minutes with me (looking at her laptop).She then told me to swim for chronic pain. Also told me that I would always be in pain and just have to have better attitude about it.

I have been suffering with chronic pain for years. I went to her feeling hopeful. Her mission statement is getting you back to feeling like you. Well, complete and awful lie. I spent three hours in the office between the check in process, vitals and waiting for Dr Pearl. I sit with Doctor Pearl, explain my debilitating disease and the hundreds of treatments I have tried-her only recommendations were to go swimming&spend $2000 on a homeopathic IV. She should not be in this field period!
