The office staff are above and beyond polite, respectful, informative, and helpful. They did their best to accommodate our time constraints and requests. Both of my teenage children now have beautiful teeth they are very proud of. The importance of retainer use aftercare was emphasized and taken seriously: so much so that they both can tell if a day has passed when they forgot to wear it! My experience with the Papas and Tapley staff was very good. I came in for a repair on my permanent retainer. I was greeted very kindly at the door and called back promptly at the time of my appointment. The staff member doing the work on my retainer was very nice and confident. When I mentioned that I needed a new tray retainer made as well, the new information did not phase her in the slightest. I was in and out of the office in under one hour with my retainers fixed and made.

Everyone in the office is very nice. They take their time to explain everything. Excellent experience! Highly recommend to anyone who needs braces.

I am highly satisfied with Dr. Pappas and her services. She is very conscious of her patients needs and is looking out for your best interest. Unlike some other Orthodontists' she will not try to overcharge or recommend procedures that are not truly needed. As for her staff I am very impressed with their high level of attention to each individual patient. They are extremely welcoming from the moment you walk through the door, to the point where they greet the patients on a name basis. Love them

I have been a patient ever since I was a kid and had to have my first set of braces put on. I have always been treated with care and like a friend. Even now that it has been 10 years since my first visit everyone there still remembers me and treats me like a friend. I would recommend anyone to this place and the great work that they do.

Dr Pappas has been a wonderful person and Doctor to our family. My three daughters have been Dr Janet's patients through their teenage years with braces and I can't imagine a better practice anywhere.
