I had to call her office for several weeks to get the results of blood tests she ordered. They kept telling me she hadn't read them yet. Finally after 3 weeks she called and left a message, when I called her back they said oh, she still hasn't read them. I said that's funny she called me about them. So the last time I called she muddled through them on the phone reading them as she went. She got confused and had to start over. She called in the wrong medicine and it took a week to straighten out
